In order to further strengthen the establishment of the team of clerks under the employment system of the basic level people's procuratorates in the Xiong'an New Area, on the basis of relevant provisions and vacancies, combined with the actual conditions of procuratorial work, 8 clerks under the employment system are now openly recruited from the public. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

First, the principle of recruitment

Recruitment is organized in accordance with the principles of both ability and political integrity, democracy and openness, fair competition, and merit-based admission.

2. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic requirements

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Have a firm political stance and support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the Party's basic theories, lines, principles and policies;

3. Have good political literacy, moral character, professional ability and professional ethics;

4. Over 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between April 23, 1988 and April 22, 2006);

5. Have obtained a bachelor's degree or above;

6. Familiar with certain basic knowledge of law, have certain writing ability, and master the necessary business skills for the clerk position;

7. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally;

Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not participate in recruitment:

1. Those who have previously received criminal punishment or have been exempted from criminal punishment for committing crimes;

2. Those who have previously received public security punishments for violating the law, or have received party or government disciplinary sanctions for violating discipline;

3. Suspected violations of law or discipline are under investigation or review, and no conclusion has yet been reached;

3. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration

1. Online registration: From 9 a.m. on April 22, 2024 to 17 a.m. on April 29, 2024, applicants should log in to the Internet website: www.gongzhao.com.cn to register.

2. Registration Procedure

(1) Before starting to register, you should read the announcement carefully, fully understand the policies and job requirements of this open recruitment, and then follow the steps.

(2) Online registration implements a strict self-discipline system, and the applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the submitted registration information.

(3) Applicants should fill in and upload relevant information according to the prompts of the registration system.

(4) Each person can only apply for one position.

(5) After the applicant submits the registration information, the auditor is expected to conduct a preliminary qualification check according to the registration information of the applicant within 2 working days. After the applicant's information is approved, it cannot be modified.

(6) There is no registration fee for this exam.

(7) Any failure to complete the relevant operations within the specified time will be deemed to be automatically abandoned. At the same time, you must keep your personal documents and information during the registration and examination, and you will be responsible for any loss caused by personal reasons, theft by others and malicious tampering with the information that affects the registration and examination.

(2) Comprehensive ability test

The comprehensive aptitude test consists of a skills test and a written test.

1. Skills test

After passing the registration, candidates can print the "Skill Test Admission Ticket" from the Internet, and the time and place of the skill test are subject to the "Skill Test Admission Ticket".

The content of the skill test includes two parts: listening to the input and watching the input. The duration is 10 minutes each, with a 5-minute break in between, for a total of 25 minutes. Test takers follow the prompts of the stenographic test system to take the test.

The skills test uses desktop computers, standard keyboards, and is pre-installed with the best Wubi, Pole Wubi, universal Wubi, Wang Code Wubi, Sogou Pinyin, Baidu Pinyin, QQ Pinyin, Google Pinyin, Ziguang Pinyin, Xunfei Pinyin input method, bilingual shorthand, and it is strictly forbidden for applicants to carry keyboards and external storage connection devices such as U disks and CDs to install input methods on site.

The full score of watching and typing and listening to typing is 100 points each. Only those who meet the minimum criteria for one of the two entries will be eligible for the subsequent procedure. If both scores meet the minimum standards, the higher of the two entries will be used as the skills test scores. The minimum standard is: the average input speed is 70 words per minute (including the number) and the accuracy rate reaches 90% (including the number), and those who do not meet the standard shall not enter the written test.

2. Written test

After passing the skill test, you can print the "Written Examination Admission Ticket" from the Internet, and the time and place of the written test are subject to the "Written Examination Admission Ticket".

The written test mainly examines the candidates' political theories, basic knowledge of law, and the ability to write common official documents. The written test is scored out of 100 points, and the test time is 90 minutes. The minimum control score of the written test is 60 points, and if the written test score is less than 60 points (excluding this number), they shall not enter the certificate review link.

3. Comprehensive ability test scores

Comprehensive ability test score = skill test score ×20% + written test score × 40%, and the comprehensive ability test score is kept to two decimal places. According to the ranking of the comprehensive ability test results of each college and the number of recruits, the personnel who enter the certificate review are determined at a ratio of 1:3, and those who are tied at the bottom of the ratio will all enter the certificate review link. The time and place of document review before the interview will be notified separately.

(3) Document review

Candidates who enter the certificate review must issue the original and photocopies of the skill test admission ticket, written examination admission ticket, ID card, academic degree certificate, academic certification report of the academic information network, personal credit report, etc. within the specified time.

After review, applicants who meet the requirements will enter the interview. Applicants who fill in false information online, do not meet the application conditions, and fail to submit documents on time for review are not allowed to enter the interview process.

(4) Interview

The time and place of the interview will be notified separately.

The interview focuses on the interviewer's expression ability and basic qualities, and adopts a structured interview method, and the interview time is 6 minutes.

The maximum score for the interview is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. The interview results will be announced on the same day, and those with an interview score of less than 60 points (excluding this number) will not be allowed to enter the recruitment procedures such as physical examination in the future.

Candidates' total score = skill test score ×20% + written test score ×40% + interview score ×40%. The candidate's total score is kept to two decimal places.

According to the total score of the candidates, the personnel who enter the physical examination and political examination procedures shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:1. When the total scores of individuals are tied, the order of priority to enter the physical examination and political examination procedures is: those with higher scores in the skill test, those with higher written test scores, those with higher interview scores, those with higher academic qualifications (degrees), those with longer relevant work experience, and the children or spouses of martyrs, if the above conditions are the same, will enter the physical examination and inspection, and will be selected according to the results of the physical examination and inspection.

(5) Physical examination and political examination

The physical examination items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial), and the physical examination shall be organized in a unified manner.

The political department of each hospital is responsible for the political examination of the applicants, and organizes a comprehensive investigation of the registration conditions and political quality, moral quality, professional ability, and work performance of the personnel who enter the political examination procedure. The time and place of physical examination and inspection will be notified separately.

If the vacancy is caused by the failure or abandonment of the physical examination or political examination, it shall be filled in order according to the ranking of the total score of the same post.

(6) Publicity

The list of personnel to be hired shall be publicized on the relevant websites of this hospital and the relevant website, and the publicity period shall be 5 working days.

(7) Sign a labor contract

If there is no problem after publicity, the employer shall sign a labor contract with it, and the probationary period shall be 6 months, and the formal entry procedures shall be completed after passing the assessment during the probationary period. The initial contract period is three years, and after the expiration of the contract, the contract can be renewed by mutual agreement.

(8) Replacement

If the applicant's score is valid for one year, and if there is a vacancy due to the resignation of the hired clerk or other reasons, the replacement personnel may be determined among the candidates in accordance with the principle of the total score from the highest score to the lowest score.

Fourth, remuneration

The funds required for hired clerks shall be included in the annual budget of the unit by the financial department for overall planning and guarantee. The salary standard is determined according to the local economic and social development level, financial situation and other factors, with reference to the average salary of local on-the-job employees. The employer shall pay social insurance and housing provident fund for the hired clerk in accordance with the law.

Other matters shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Hebei Provincial Court and Procuratorate Appointment System Clerk Management Measures".

5. Precautions

(1) Pay attention to information release websites in a timely manner, and keep communications unimpeded. If the relevant recruitment work cannot be carried out normally due to weather and other reasons, an announcement will be made through the website in time, and applicants are requested to pay attention to it in time.

(2) Any applicant who fails to participate in the written test, skill test, certificate review, interview, physical examination, political examination and other links as required within the specified time shall be deemed to have automatically given up the registration qualification.
