In 2024, the winter training of party members in our district will carry out more than 3,000 winter training "five micro" activities, forming a working pattern of upper and lower linkage and resonance at the same frequency.

During the period, we collected 1,412 works of "micro-lessons, micro-sharing of golden sentences, and micro-perceptions" for the whole region, and party organizations at all levels made full use of various units, system public accounts, and video accounts to open winter training columns for party members, and launched more than 1,000 winter training dynamics, 235 micro-perceptions, 193 micro-sharing speeches and 70 videos, 152 micro-lecture scripts, and 58 videos, with an audience of more than 500,000 people. Now 16 "micro-lesson" videos, 20 "golden sentence micro-sharing" videos, and 20 "micro-insights" are selected for online display and online selection and voting of "top ten" works.

The selection is divided into three groups: micro-lessons, micro-sharing of golden sentences, and micro-perceptions to vote in the Jiangning financial media section of the "My Jiangning" APP, and each person can vote once a day, and each group votes no more than 10. After the online voting deadline, the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the online voting results and refer to the expert review opinions to select the "three micro" and "top ten" works in the district.
