Accelerate the layout and promote the ancient city of Chongwu as the leader, continue to upgrade the level of infrastructure and public services, and promote the integrated development of culture and tourism. Hold the 2023 Cultural Tourism Economic Carnival and Huinu Cultural Festival of "The Most Beautiful Coast and Hui'an", and host the launching ceremony of the 2023 "Song and Yuan Dynasty China and Haisi Quanzhou" Marine Culture Year and the release of the city's brand logo.

Taking the opportunity of the creation of the "three-line" demonstration project of rural revitalization, in accordance with the integration model of "party building + state-owned enterprises + land + finance", the "three-line" agricultural, cultural and tourism corridor will be built as a whole to achieve the overall improvement of the region.
