"The project is currently built with the largest output and the highest efficiency of the F-class gas turbine M701F5 in China, with a single combined cycle machine assembly capacity of 535MW. Liu Xiaodong introduced that the model has made a number of technological breakthroughs in multi-stack cylinder block welding, compressor static blade grid welding, large-scale cylinder block parts processing and control deformation, and gas turbine digital assembly, reaching the advanced level in the industry.

On February 27 last year, the main project of Huadian Dongjiang Project started construction, and at the end of November of the same year, the lower cylinder of the first M701F5 gas turbine in China was successfully hoisted into place. On April 9 this year, the intelligent distributed control system (ICS) of Unit 1 of the project was successfully restored to a time, marking the transformation of the project from static installation to dynamic commissioning.

At present, Huadian Dongjiang Project is steadily promoting the installation and commissioning of equipment, and strives to achieve the commissioning of two sets of units by the end of this year.

In order to match the high parameters of the gas turbine and make more efficient use of the waste heat of the gas turbine, the waste heat boiler and supporting steam turbine used by the units of Huadian Dongjiang Project will realize the combined cooling, heating and power supply after completion. "The electricity generated is directly integrated into the 220KV Lujiang Station, and the high-quality steam and cold water generated by the waste heat will also meet the production needs of Dongjiang High-tech Industrial Park and its nearby enterprises, help improve the energy security capacity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the adjustment of Huizhou's energy structure, and promote energy conservation, emission reduction and efficient use of energy. Liu Xiaodong said that as a clean energy, Huadian Dongjiang project will contribute to the realization of the "double carbon" goal of the province and the city.
