In the quiet night at about 0:15 a.m., a small white car slowly drove into the investigation point under the Panjiang toll station of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. When the car door slowly opened, a strong smell of alcohol came to the nose, and the police immediately tested it for alcohol.
