According to the report, the training was due to the fact that the United States and South Korea began to introduce more than 100 military planes of various kinds to South Korea's Gunsan Air Base on April 12 to conduct a "joint formation force comprehensive exercise," and openly claimed that the move was aimed at North Korea and posed a serious threat to North Korea.

The comprehensive tactical training for simulated nuclear counterattack was carried out in the sequence of transferring the troops to the nuclear counterattack procedure, activating the nuclear counterattack command system, and launching super-large rocket shells equipped with a nuclear simulated warhead, which hit the island target with a range of 352 kilometers after the super-large rocket artillery was fired in unison.
