On February 6, 2024, the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China issued the Reply of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China on the Construction Land for the Construction of the Baodi-Binhai New Area Section of the Beijing-Tianjin Binhai New Area Railway (Dongli Section and Binhai New Area Section) (Natural Resources Letter [2024] No. 178);On March 14, 2024, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources issued the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau's Approval of the Baodi-Binhai New Area Section of the New Beijing-Tianjin Binhai New Area Railway (Dongli Section, In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Land Management Regulations of Tianjin Municipality and other laws and regulations, the relevant matters related to the expropriation of land approved by law are hereby announced as follows:
1. The name of the construction unit and the construction project, and the use of the land
1. Construction unit: Keihin Intercity Railway Co., Ltd.;
2. Construction project: the new Beijing-Tianjin Binhai New Area Railway Baodi to Binhai New Area Section (Binhai New Area);
3. Land use expropriation: land for transportation (railway land).
2. The scope and location of the land to be expropriated
East to: Keihin Intercity Railway, South to: Jinbin Expressway;
West to: Hongxing Bridge, north to: North Street.
3. Expropriation of land ownership, land type and area
2.4445 hectares (36.6675 acres) of collective land in the center of Hujiayuan Street were expropriated, and the details are as follows:

4. Compensation standards and compensation and resettlement plans for land expropriation
The standard of land compensation and resettlement subsidy for this expropriation shall be implemented in accordance with the "Comprehensive Land Price Standard for Tianjin Acquisition Area", which is 1.155 million yuan/hectare, totaling 2.8233975 million yuan. Land compensation and resettlement subsidies shall be paid to the rural collective economic organizations whose land has been expropriated in monetary terms.
The compensation and resettlement of rural villagers' houses, other above-ground attachments and seedlings shall be carried out separately in accordance with the land acquisition compensation and resettlement agreement.
5. The number of people to be resettled on the expropriated land and the method of resettlement
In accordance with the regulations of Tianjin, 19 agricultural people were resettled in the form of social security.
6. Arrangements for land expropriation
(A) land requisition compensation costs
The land acquisition compensation and resettlement costs involved in the land expropriation shall be allocated by the Binhai New Area People's Government, the Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau, the Binhai New District Bureau, the Hujiayuan Sub-district Office and other units in accordance with the time and manner agreed in the land acquisition compensation and resettlement agreement.
(2) Delivery of land
After the relevant expenses for land acquisition compensation and resettlement are fully allocated, the relevant parties shall clean up the attachments and seedlings on the ground in a timely manner, and deliver the land in accordance with the time agreed in the land acquisition compensation and resettlement agreement. If the district people's government fails to vacate the land within the time limit, it will order it to hand over the land; if it refuses to hand over the land, it will apply to the people's court for compulsory enforcement in accordance with the law.
