The spring breeze sends the post "job" to the doorstep
With the end of the last live broadcast recruitment activity on April 12, the 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" series of job fairs in Huangpi District also came to a successful conclusion.
In order to make every effort to stabilize employment, ensure employment, and promote development, and do a good job in the employment work during the peak period of labor turnover and mobility before and after the Spring Festival and the critical period for enterprises to resume work and production, Huangpi District will hold a series of online and offline job fairs of the "Spring Breeze Action" from the end of January to the beginning of April 2024.
With the theme of "Spring Breeze Sending Jobs to Promote Employment and Precise Services to Help Development", the job fair will focus on people who have been lifted out of poverty, college graduates, retired fishermen, people who have returned to their hometowns, retired soldiers and other groups, focusing on guiding job seekers to find employment and start businesses nearby, and effectively promoting those who are willing to work to achieve "doorstep" employment.
During the event, a total of 13 job fairs were held, including 1 live broadcast, 7 online, and 5 offline, and more than 460 people initially reached employment intentions, including:
A total of 18 companies participated in the live broadcast activity, providing more than 220 jobs, more than 50 resumes were submitted online, and the highest number of viewers was more than 50,000.
A total of 52 companies participated in the online job fair, providing 3,093 jobs and 185 types of jobs.
A total of 380 companies participated in the offline job fair, providing 6,800 jobs, involving 650 types of work such as quality inspectors, sewing workers, electronic workers, assemblers, sales consultants, waiters, security guards, cooks, welders, and general workers, and nearly 6,200 job seekers entered the fair. More than 15,400 copies of various publicity materials such as the "2024 Employment and Recruitment Information Handbook", "Guide to Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Matters" and "Compilation of Unemployment Insurance Documents" were distributed on the spot.
In order to promote high-quality and full employment, the "Spring Breeze Action" was carried out online and offline, and widely publicized and reported relevant activity information through Hubei Public Recruitment Network, Huangpi Financial Media, mobile phone SMS platform, etc., and continued to release job requirements and talent introduction policies to build a good employment bridge.
There is also a policy consulting service area at the event site, where senior industry mentors are invited to provide professional guidance and precise assistance around resumes, interviews, labor rights protection, employment and entrepreneurship policies, etc.
