In the competition on the evening of April 22, the semifinals of the women's 100-meter freestyle were ushered in, and Zhang Yufei, Li Bingjie, Yang Junxuan, Cheng Yujie and other swimming celebrities competed for the qualification for the finals. The semi-finals were extremely fiercely contested, with many players opening for 54 seconds, and Yang Junxuan was only 1 o'clock away from opening for 53 seconds. Yang Junxuan, Zhang Yufei, Wu Qingfeng and Li Bingjie all reached the Olympic A standard, and Cheng Yujie was only 0.05 seconds away.
Preliminaries Recap:
Zhang Yufei, a player from Jiangsu Calmei, performed the best in the preliminaries, finishing the race with a time of 53.34 seconds, which reached the Olympic A standard, and ranked first in the preliminaries and successfully advanced to the semifinals. Zhejiang Shouxian Valley's Wu Qingfeng ranked second overall with a time of 54.22 seconds, and Hebei Taihua's Li Bingjie ranked third overall with a time of 54.26 seconds to advance.

A review of the semi-finals
Group 1: The competition began, the players entered the water and moved forward quickly, reaching 50 meters and turning Wu Qingfeng in the lead, 0.34 seconds ahead of Cheng Yujie and 0.52 seconds ahead of Zhu Menghui. In the last 50 meters, Wu Qingfeng took the lead in completing it with a time of 53.40 seconds, thus winning the first place in the group. Cheng Yujie won the second place in the group with 53.66 seconds, and Yu Yiting won the third place in the group with a time of 54.10 seconds.
Group 2: The race began, Zhang Yufei was in the lead at full speed, the first to reach the 50-meter turn, 0.31 seconds ahead of Yang Junxuan, 0.72 seconds ahead of Li Bingjie. After the last 50 meters, Yang Junxuan overtook Zhang Yufei with a high-speed impact and ranked first overall with a time of 53.00 seconds, Zhang Yufei ranked second with a time of 53.27 seconds, and Li Bingjie ranked third in the group with a time of 53.55 seconds.
