On the afternoon of April 18, Jiufu Street, Zhenxiong County, held a special signing meeting for village (community) legal counsel.
The meeting conveyed and studied the "Implementation Plan for Further Strengthening Lawyers' Participation in Village (Resident) Legal Counsel Work in Zhaotong City", "Notice of the Zhenxiong County Judicial Bureau on Implementing the Work of Village (Community) Legal Counsel", and the spirit of the document of the Political and Legal Committee of the County Party Committee on popularizing the law and strengthening the foundation of the "deputy village head of the rule of law". The spirit of the work deployment meeting of the village (community) legal adviser and the deputy village head for the rule of law held by the County Judicial Bureau on April 10 was conveyed.
The meeting demanded that judicial offices should fully coordinate and conscientiously do a good job in the implementation of the detailed work of village (community) legal advisers and deputy village heads for rule of law; all villages (communities) and legal advisers should conscientiously read the signed legal counsel contracts, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, actively cooperate, communicate in a friendly manner, and perform their duties in accordance with the agreement; lawyers should conscientiously carry out legal consultation, rule of law publicity, and rule of law physical examinations in accordance with the eight service contents of village (community) legal advisers and deputy village heads for rule of law, and actively assist in solving the problems of production and operation in their jurisdictions. Provide high-quality legal services for village (community) grassroots governance for life conflicts and disputes.
At the meeting, representatives of each village (community) signed the "Zhenxiong County Village (Community) Legal Counsel Contract" with each law firm.
