It didn't take long for me to feel that this state was too passive and needed to be actively changed, and then I would take the initiative to make a weekly recipe schedule, according to what my employer wrote to prepare in advance, they love to eat steamed buns, flower rolls, steamed buns and other staple foods, I usually take the time to make them on weekends or during the lunch break, and then freeze them in the refrigerator, and heat them up when eating, which is convenient and trouble-free. ”
She has only been engaged in parenting for a year, and although she usually has almost no rest time except for sleeping, she feels that her efforts are still rewarding, and she also has a full sense of accomplishment in her heart. At the beginning of this year, her contract expired, and due to long-term overwork, she also had some physical problems, so she took advantage of this time to recuperate at home for a period of time and adjust her condition.
