The person in charge of this restaurant is named Ma Li, born in 1988, and is an employee of the 66th Company of the 66th Regiment of the Fourth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. In 2019, she and her husband were optimistic about the company's geographical advantages of being close to Qingshuihe Town, Huocheng County, and invested more than 200,000 yuan to open a restaurant in Qingshuihe Town. Due to the integrity of management, high-quality ingredients, and enthusiastic service, it soon won the favor of many customers, and the restaurant was prosperous. At the beginning of 2023, she and her husband took the "first pot of gold" earned by the restaurant and opened a second restaurant, mainly promoting Xinjiang delicacies such as old brands of mixed noodles, baked buns, and pilaf, and business is also very prosperous.
