From April 23rd, Minhou candidates will usher in the 2024 junior high school graduation and physical education and health examination test center.
This year, the Minhou County Physical Education High School Entrance Examination Center is divided into two examination rooms, south and north (Minhou Vocational College Examination Room, Minhou No. 2 Middle School Examination Room).

Before the examination, the Minhou County Education Bureau strictly followed the standards of the Fuzhou Sports High School Entrance Examination Program to properly do a good job in equipment commissioning, examination room layout and other examination work.

In order to let students understand the physical education examination process and examination requirements, today, the Minhou County Education Bureau organized more than 200 candidates to come to one of the examination rooms - Minhou Vocational Secondary School to carry out the physical education drill for the high school entrance examination.

The drill includes basketball (dribbling around the pole and going back and forth), 50-meter run, 1-minute sit-ups, oblique pull-ups and other items in the physical education high school entrance examination. At the drill site, after the candidates enter the corresponding test center, the test takers will pre-enter the test information through AI face recognition before taking the test, and the device will automatically record the test takers' results.
At the end of each test item, candidates can immediately check the results of the corresponding item at the test center, and go to the next corresponding test center under the guidance of the staff.

Equipment requirements
Sportswear, in case of low temperatures, you can bring a jacket to protect yourself from the cold. It is recommended to wear lightweight running shoes with relatively high friction, you can bring a towel (so that you can wipe the soles of your shoes on rainy days), and students in the back class can bring some sugar water (warm water) and cakes. All items are packed in clear white plastic bags.

Pre-exam nutrition and psychological adjustment
Eat a reasonable diet before the test, you can appropriately increase high-protein foods or sugary foods and fruits, and at the same time ensure 9 hours of sleep time, and do a good job of relaxation.

Warm up well on the day of the test
Jogging for 3-5 minutes, freehand exercises (dynamic warm-up), basketball auxiliary exercises and other warm-up activities.

Exam Room Requirements
Listen to the command in all actions, be polite to the examiner, do not make noise, do not leave the examination team at will, and consult the examination room staff if you have any needs.
While waiting for the exam, keep quiet and rest, and stretch and think about the essentials of the next exam and what you need to pay attention to. Check your shoelaces before each exam and do a special warm-up activity. For example, dribble on the spot before the basketball test to feel the ball, and listen to the gun before the 50-meter run to feel the starting rhythm.

Emergencies in the examination room
During the test, if you are unwell, injured, etc., and cannot continue to complete the test, you should stop the test immediately, consult the staff or test staff to explain the reason, and apply for postponement or exemption.
During the test, if a candidate is judged to have committed a foul, the referee will arrange a retest. After taking the test of this item, candidates must collect the admission ticket at the designated location of the test center.
The exam is just a test of your physical fitness, and it is expected that students can take the opportunity of the exam to develop good physical exercise habits, master 1-2 sports skills, and cultivate lifelong sports awareness.
