From April 19, the online signing of commercial housing contracts and the pre-sale (current) information of new commercial housing can be queried through the official website of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of the Autonomous Region or the official account "Inner Mongolia Housing and Urban-Rural Construction"!
Buyers can follow the official account of "Inner Mongolia Housing and Urban-Rural Construction", enter the menu bar, and click on "Government-People Interaction - Contract Online Signing Filing Query" and "Government-People Interaction - Pre-sale Housing Publicity" to inquire about the online signature filing information of commercial housing and the pre-sale permit and housing information of new commercial housing.
The detailed operation process of each query function is as follows.
Inquire about the filing information of commercial housing online signature

Open WeChat and search for the official account of "Inner Mongolia Housing and Urban-Rural Construction".

Enter the official account, click "Government-People Interaction - Contract Online Signature Filing Query" in the menu bar, and jump to the "Contract Online Signature Filing Query" page.

Select the corresponding query page for the online signature of the newly built commercial housing or stock housing, determine the corresponding city where the house is purchased, and enter the contract number, name, and ID number to query the filing status.
Inquire about the pre-sale permit information of newly built commercial housing

Enter the menu bar page of the "Inner Mongolia Housing and Urban-Rural Construction" official account, click "Interaction between the Government and the People-Pre-sale Housing Publicity", and then jump to the "Commercial Housing Pre-sale Publicity" page.

In the "Pre-sale (Present) Project Name", enter the name or license number of the query project and the unit for sale, and click on the query to learn more about obtaining its pre-sale license information.

Click on View Property List to view the property details and sales status corresponding to the property.
In the official website of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, click on the "Housing Filing Query" in the online service system to find relevant information.
