In order to further demonstrate the excellent quality of large cherries in the county, set up an example and benchmark for large cherry production, and promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency of large cherries. On April 20, the "Guangrun Cup" 2024 Linqu County Cherry Competition was successfully held in Shanwang Town. Liu Huadong, deputy secretary of the county party committee, and Liu Hongke, deputy county magistrate of the county government and secretary of the Party Working Committee of Chengguan Street, attended the event.
The competition received a total of 44 samples of high-quality cherries in the county through publicity, organization and registration, and screening at all levels, and selected 10 "Gold Awards", 20 "Quality Awards" and 3 "Excellent Organization Awards" after sugar content determination and expert review.
In the next step, Linqu County will continue to be based on its own resource advantages, dig deep into the "local specialty" article, take advanced technology and the promotion of excellent varieties as the guarantee, continue to excavate characteristics, amplify advantages, improve quality and efficiency, build high-quality brands, and make big cherries a real "golden planting industry".
