"New"
From the perspective of industrial attributes, unicorns and gazelle enterprises are required to be high-quality enterprises in the fields of new technologies, new industries and new forms of business in Chongqing.
"Fast"
From the perspective of revenue, the compound growth rate of operating income of gazelle enterprises in the past three years is required to be more than 15%. From the perspective of establishment years and valuations, potential unicorns and unicorn enterprises are required to be established for no more than 9 years and 10 years respectively, with valuations of more than US$100 million and US$1 billion, respectively.
"Large"
From the perspective of revenue and financing scale, the minimum revenue of gazelle enterprises is required to be more than 10 million yuan, and potential unicorns and unicorn enterprises are required to obtain financing of not less than 5 million US dollars and 50 million US dollars respectively.
