The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for severe convective weather at 10 a.m. on April 22:
It is expected that from 14 o'clock on April 22 to 14 o'clock on the 23rd, there will be 8-10 thunderstorms with strong winds or hail weather, and local winds can reach 11;
Defense Guide:
1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for short-term rainstorm, lightning and strong winds in accordance with their duties, and the meteorological department shall prepare for artificial hail prevention operations;
2. Outdoor pedestrians and staff should reduce outdoor activities and stay away from scaffolding, billboards and other structures;
3. Drive poultry and livestock into covered places, close doors and windows and strengthen the shed;
4. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships should take active countermeasures such as returning to the port to avoid or detouring, and the construction site should pay attention to covering construction materials and properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to heavy rain and hailstorms;
5. Inspect the drainage systems of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and prepare for drainage and defense against disasters such as flash floods, landslides, and debris flows.
