According to the statement of the US side, almost the same as the meaning of the G7, it is to exert pressure on China, which is like saying that Chinese companies will either stay away from Russia or wait to be sanctioned by the US and the West.
The United States, which claims to be the world's number one power, always tries to use its advantages to dictate to other countries, but China will not accept this.
