Today, we learned that the Dongfeng Wind Planet Sea V9 officially opened pre-sale, with a pre-sale price range of 179,900 yuan to 279,900 yuan. The Xinghai V9 is positioned as a mid-to-large MPV, and will compete with the Denza D9 DM-i and Trumpchi E9 after its launch.
In terms of styling, the new car uses a lot of Chinese design elements, offering two front face styles, one with a large grille, "Chinese knot" elements and split headlights, and the other is more conservative with horizontal chrome trim on the front face.

In terms of interior design, Xinghai V9 is equipped with a 41-inch intelligent ultra-clear triple screen, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 car machine chip, integrated Tencent TAI 4.0 intelligent car machine system, supporting L2+ level intelligent assisted driving system and high-speed NOA function. It is equipped with a new style of three-spoke multi-function steering wheel and electronic gear lever. In terms of equipment, some models will be equipped with aviation-grade seats, wireless charging for mobile phones, adaptive high and low beams, openable panoramic sunroof, electric tailgate, high-speed NOA and other configurations, as well as front seat heating and ventilation functions.
In terms of power, Xinghai V9 adopts a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system, with a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 154 horsepower and a peak torque of 230 Nm, and a motor with a maximum power of 204 horsepower and a peak torque of 310 Nm, matched with an E-CVT continuously variable transmission. Equipped with a 34.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, the CLTC pure electric range is 200 km, and the CLTC comprehensive range reaches 1300 km.

Dongfeng Fengxing plans to launch 13 new products by 2025, covering pure electric, hybrid, and extended range full-power models to meet the diversified needs of users. At the press conference, the official also showed the new model Xinghai S7.
Xinghai S7 adopts a fastback coupe shape, with a dynamic overall appearance and smooth and rounded lines. The front of the vehicle adopts a closed design, equipped with a figure-7 headlight cluster, as well as hidden door handles and continuous taillights, which are in line with the current design trend of new energy vehicles. According to the information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the length, width and height of Xinghai S7 are 4935*1915*1495mm, the wheelbase is 2915mm, the curb weight is 1730kg, and the drag coefficient is 0.195Cd.
The interior of the car has a simple design, with a floating center console and LCD instrument cluster, and the center console is decorated with wood grain trim. The car is equipped with integrated sports seats and a two-spoke multifunction steering wheel, while the door panels retain the traditional method of opening doors and lifting windows.
Xinghai S7 is equipped with an electric motor provided by Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd., with a peak power of 160kW and a lithium iron phosphate battery.
Yellow calipers, a sports package is available, and exterior parts such as rear wings, side skirts, and a variety of wheels with closed wheels are available.
In terms of price, Xinghai S7 is expected to enter the medium and large coupe market of 130,000-200,000 yuan, competing with brands such as Leap and Changan Deep Blue. The new model will be unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show.
