The reporter learned from the press conference that the key to rural revitalization lies in talents, and hope lies in youth. The Linyi Municipal Party Committee has always attached great importance to the work of rural young talents. According to the instructions and requirements of the main leaders of the Municipal Party Committee, in October last year, 14 units including the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Youth League Municipal Committee deployed and carried out the Yimeng Qingyan Rural Good Youth Empowerment Action and Youth Volunteer Service Rural Revitalization Action in the city. The Yimeng Qingyan Rural Good Youth Empowerment Action has played a "combination punch" of empowerment services, helping the growth and development of good rural youth by gathering elements such as finance, industry, training, platform, publicity, and incentives, giving full play to its demonstration and driving role, and attracting more young people to enter the countryside, take root in the countryside, and serve the countryside. The Youth Volunteer Service Rural Revitalization Action has created a "reservoir" of young talents, adhered to the guidance of party building, and in accordance with the principle of "building a team, strengthening management, providing excellent service, and emphasizing practical results", with the focus on helping farmers increase income, and established youth volunteer service teams such as e-commerce to help agriculture, agricultural technology to the countryside, financial benefits to the people, education and care, and public welfare diagnosis and treatment, so as to give full play to the active role of young people in boosting industrial development, helping to strengthen villages and enrich the people, and serving rural revitalization. With the great attention of the municipal party committee and the strong support and close cooperation of the relevant departments and units directly under the municipal government, all counties and districts, the "two actions" have been carried out in an orderly manner and have achieved positive results.

About the Yimeng Qingyan Rural Good Youth Empowerment Action

First, in terms of financial assistance, we have thoroughly implemented the "Yimeng Rural Good Youth Credit Support Program", launched exclusive financial products such as "Rural Good Youth Loan", organized and carried out 310 series of financial assistance service month activities for rural good youth, innovated the mobile financial service model, and promoted the "seamless connection" between financial services and good youth through online promotion of financial products, opening "financial night schools", sending financial services to their homes, and inviting good young people to enter financial outlets A total of 980 million yuan of credit support has been given to 4,285 good youths, effectively solving the financial problems of good youth.

Second, in terms of industrial development, through project cooperation and technical guidance, we will encourage and support young people to carry out large-scale operations and enhance their development competitiveness. We have supported and strengthened a number of new business entities, and last year we supported a total of 143 and 108 farmer cooperatives and family farms founded by young leaders. Actively "looking for partners for rural revitalization", 234 pieces of good youth supply and demand information were released, 157 of which were effectively docked, and 112 cooperation projects were reached. Provide a series of industrial assistance services, hold the 7th city-wide youth innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and select 8 first, second and third prize entrepreneurship projects in the field of rural revitalization, respectively, to give financial support.

Third, in terms of education and training, we have built an exclusive education and training position for young people, built 41 good youth entrepreneurship training bases and 82 on-site teaching points, and carried out a total of 210 observation and exchanges, technical guidance, etc. 27 village (community) party organization secretaries, young entrepreneurs, and young skilled talents were selected to form a rural good youth education and training teacher pool, and designed high-quality courses such as vegetable greenhouse planting technology, edible fungus shed management, new farmer e-commerce training, and occupational disease prevention and treatment. Adopting a combination of "online + offline", 32 sessions of demonstration training courses for good youth, e-commerce public welfare lectures, and field classes were held, covering 13,000 good young people in rural areas.

Fourth, in terms of platform services, relying on the town street youth home, youth entrepreneurship incubation base, rural commercial bank service outlets, etc., 156 town and street youth talent service stations have been built, providing 458 one-stop services such as policy consultation, financial services, product display, and supply and demand docking. Strengthen the construction of the "Rural Good Youth Alliance" in cities and counties, give full play to the organizational and cohesive role of the alliance, organize and carry out 37 activities such as study and inspection, experience exchange, and project docking, strengthen exchanges and cooperation among good young people, and promote common development.

Fifth, in terms of publicity and promotion, 15 good young people were recommended to enter the live broadcast room of the "Shandong Rural Broadcasting" financial media to tell the story of getting rich and bringing wealth, and relying on the "Rural Revitalization Youth Talk" and other columns, 230 good youth deeds were publicized, with 2.1 million readers. Organize 128 good rural youths to participate in various agricultural product fairs and exhibitions, and carry out 24 publicity and promotion sessions of "Yimeng Good Agricultural Products and Good Rural Youth" to enhance the popularity of good youth products and broaden sales channels.

Sixth, in terms of positive incentives, 459 good young people were recommended to join the party, 216 were elected as representatives of the Youth League at all levels and members of the Youth League Committee, 312 served as deputy directors of the Town Street Youth Working Committee and deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, and 402 were selected to practice and exercise in grassroots positions, reserving a group of young talents for rural revitalization. Last year, 1 good youth in Linyi City was awarded the National Rural Revitalization Youth Pioneer, 2 were awarded the National Agricultural and Rural Model Worker, 10 were awarded the Good Rural Youth of Shandong Province, and 23 were awarded the Qilu Rural Star. Six counties and districts of Hedong, Tancheng, Lanling, Junan, Yishui and Linshu organized the selection of village party organization secretaries, and 31 good rural youths were elected, accounting for 40.3%.

About the Youth Volunteer Service Rural Revitalization Action

First, in terms of e-commerce volunteer service to help farmers, 215 young network anchors and 1,434 e-commerce practitioners with great network influence and strong ability to carry goods in live broadcast were organized, and 152 youth volunteer service teams of "e-commerce to help farmers" were established, 330 live broadcasts were carried out, and more than 5,000 yuan of agricultural products were sold to farmers. Held 283 e-commerce public welfare trainings, driving nearly 3,000 rural youths to learn live broadcast and do e-commerce. "Bringing goods + bringing apprentices" not only breaks out the "way out" for rural youth entrepreneurship, but also injects youth momentum into the revitalization of rural industries.

Second, in terms of volunteer service in the countryside of agricultural technology, 1,846 returned graduates of agricultural colleges, technical experts, "Tian Xiucai" and "soil experts" were organized, and 160 youth volunteer service teams of "agricultural technology went to the countryside" to go into the village to check the moisture and see the growth, and carried out 310 agricultural technology guidance such as pruning and cuttings, fertilization and pollination, and pest control, benefiting more than 5,800 people.

Third, in terms of financial volunteer services for the people, 1,969 young employees of township bank outlets were organized, and 170 "financial Huimin" youth volunteer service teams were set up, giving full play to the advantages of the industry, and solving the financial problems of more than 3,000 rural households. Carried out 427 public welfare campaigns such as electronic payment, credit promotion, prevention of illegal fundraising and telecom fraud, etc., protecting the people's "money bags".

Fourth, in terms of education and care volunteer services, 2,250 young teachers and Young Pioneers counselors were organized, 174 "education and care" youth volunteer service teams were established, more than 420 activities such as family public welfare education and psychological knowledge lectures were carried out, and "one-to-one" academic counseling, psychological counseling, and family companionship were provided for 4,541 rural children in difficulty, and they cared for the healthy growth of rural youth.

Fifth, in terms of public welfare diagnosis and treatment volunteer services, 2,195 young medical staff from township health centers and village clinics were organized, 174 "public welfare diagnosis and treatment" youth volunteer service teams were established, and 360 volunteer service activities such as public health examinations and health care publicity were carried out, so as to promote the downward shift of the focus of medical services and the sinking of resources.
