Notice of traffic control on some sections of the urban area
The 2024 Zhenjiang Xue Zhiqian "Alien Objects" Tour will be held at the Zhenjiang Sports Convention and Exhibition Center Stadium on April 26 and April 27. In order to ensure the safe, orderly and smooth flow of road traffic during the event, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, temporary traffic control will be implemented on some sections of the roads around the Sports Convention and Exhibition Center during the event, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Tuanshan Road (Danshan Road Intersection - Zaolin Road Intersection)
Motor vehicles are prohibited from passing, and passing motor vehicles are detoured by Jiuhuashan Road, Danshan Road, and Nanxu Avenue;
2. Zaolin Road (intersection of Nanxu Avenue - intersection of Fenghuangshan Road)
Motor vehicles are prohibited from passing, and passing motor vehicles are detoured by Danshan Road and Jiuhuashan Road;
3. Longmai Road (Jiuhuashan Road Intersection - Danshan Road Intersection)
It is forbidden for motor vehicles to pass, and passing motor vehicles are detoured by Danshan Road, Fenghuangshan Road, Jiuhuashan Road and Nanxu Avenue; please consciously obey the management of traffic police and traffic management personnel and pay attention to safety. In the near future, Xue Zhiqian's "Alien Objects" concert will be held in our city, and the May Day Festival is also approaching, and the demand for consumer markets is increasing day by day. In order to regulate the order of market prices, promote operators and relevant units to strictly abide by price laws, regulations and policies, safeguard the legitimate interests of consumers, and create a good market atmosphere, the price policy for catering, accommodation and tourism services is hereby reminded and cautioned as follows:
1. Strictly abide by the "Price Law", the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests", and the "Provisions on Clearly Marking Prices and Prohibiting Price Fraud", operate in accordance with the law, strengthen price self-discipline management, fulfill social responsibilities, and must not use price means to infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and disrupt the market price order.
2. Strictly implement the provisions on clear pricing. Publicize information such as service content, service items, charging standards, charging basis, reduction and exemption policies, service processes, service specifications, and complaint and reporting telephone numbers in a conspicuous position in the business premises, and accept social supervision. Goods or services may not be sold at a price higher than the list price, and no fees that are not specified shall be charged.
3. Price gouging is prohibited. Consumers must not be deceived by low prices and settle settlements at high prices; goods or services must not be sold or services must be provided through methods such as false discounts, price reductions, or price comparisons; prices and other price information must not be marked with deceptive or misleading language, words, numbers, pictures, or videos; they must not be allowed to indicate or weaken the price conditions that are unfavorable to consumers, so as to induce consumers into making transactions; and they must not refuse to perform or not fully perform price commitments without legitimate reasons.
Fourth, it is forbidden to raise prices. It is not allowed to fabricate or disseminate information on price increases to promote a substantial increase in the prices of relevant goods and services; in the course of selling goods or providing services, it is not allowed to force the sale of goods or services to increase the prices of goods or services by a large margin in disguise.
5. All tourist attractions should do a good job in publicizing the charging items and charging standards, and the ticket prices of tourist attractions that implement government pricing and government guidance should strictly implement the promised preferential and reduction measures. It is forbidden to forcibly sell joint tickets, forcibly collect insurance premiums, and other acts of arbitrarily increasing prices or fees.
6. In accordance with the "Price Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Provisions on Administrative Punishment of Illegal Price Activities" and other laws and regulations, if a business operator violates the provisions on clearly marked prices, it shall be ordered to make corrections, confiscate the illegal gains, and may be fined up to 5,000 yuan;
The relevant operators in the city should refer to the above requirements and effectively regulate the price behavior. The market supervision department will intensify the inspection of market prices, severely crack down on illegal acts such as non-implementation of clear price marking, price fraud, etc., and will strictly investigate and punish and publicly expose price violations that are still not rectified after being reminded and admonished, and the circumstances are serious and have a bad impact. If consumers find illegal clues, please call the complaint and report hotline 12315 in time.
