According to the current relevant regulations, the stairwells and front rooms of high-rise residential buildings need to be equipped with smoke-proof facilities:

2. This is indeed not a trivial matter, the window is sealed, which not only affects the living experience, but also seriously affects the ventilation problem in the corridor, and there is a great safety hazard. The windows can't be opened, the air can't circulate at all, it's dirty, the residents feel very stuffy standing here, and as the weather gets hotter, there may be a peculiar smell, causing poor breathing when waiting for the elevator, especially the elderly and children. Especially now that epidemics, influenza and other health incidents still occur from time to time, this design undoubtedly brings great safety hazards to residents!
The developer also did not inform the developer at all at the time of purchase - "this window is closed, please buy with caution".
