Studying history, we know that after the start of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, major colleges and universities moved to the southwest region to run schools because of the war, such as some famous schools moved to the National Southwest Associated University established in Kunming, Yunnan. Recently, I read an article entitled "Overall Relocation! Provincial Capital Universities, Go to the County Seat", and learned that many colleges and universities in Wuhan, Hubei Province, have chosen to flee the provincial capital and move to county-level cities, including Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan University of Technology, China University of Geosciences and other famous universities.
In addition to Wuhan, universities in other provincial capitals such as Guangzhou in Guangdong, Hefei in Anhui, Zhengzhou in Henan, Taiyuan in Shanxi, Nanjing in Jiangsu, Chengdu in Sichuan, and Guiyang in Guizhou have also embarked on the road of relocation. For example, Guizhou Normal University, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, Guizhou Medical University, and Guizhou University for Nationalities, which are located in Guiyang City, have collectively moved to Huaxi University Town, Gui'an New Area.

After the university is relocated, what should be done with the original campus, will it be demolished or idle? I think that the original university campus has a more learning atmosphere and historical heritage, and the university should not blindly expand, let alone move at will for the sake of profit.
