Following news of Charles and Kate's poor health, the Channel 4 comedy series "House of Windsor" has reportedly suspended filming indefinitely. A Channel 4 spokesperson said: "Production of the new series 'Windsor' has been suspended until further notice" and did not confirm its return schedule.
The storyline of the show is crazy and often controversial, with Prince Andrews' daughters Beatrice and Eugenie planning to start a cosmetics business on social media, Kate contracting Ebola, Harry dressing up as John Silver, and 69-year-old Camilla getting pregnant.
Windsor Dynasty premiered in 2016 and has aired three seasons to date, with the latest season premiering in 2020. Three specials were also premiered: a Christmas special, a royal wedding special, and a coronation special.
The latest episode follows Donald Trump as Charles and Camilla as King and Queen of the United States, while in a previous episode, Princess Anne revealed her crush on David Beckham.
"The House of Windsor" stars Harry Enfield as Prince Charles at the time, Haydn Gwynn as Camilla, Hugh Skinner as Prince William, Louise Ford as Kate, Richard Goulding and Tom Durant-Pritchard as Prince Harry, Catherine Drysdale as Meghan Markle, Morgana Robinson as Pippa Middleton, Ellie White as Princess Beatrice, and Celeste Delin as Princess Eugenie.
The Windsor family is written by writers Bert Taylor-Moore and George Jeffrey, and his parody documentary series Star Stories is the work of him.
Star Story aired from 2006 to 2008, and the likes of Robbie Williams, Tom Cruise, Simon Cowell, Britney Spears, and the Beckhams were among the targets of his ridicule.
