Zhang Xiaole, a first-level teacher in middle school, has a bachelor's degree. Born in 1970 in Qingcao Hui Village, Shaoyang County, Zhang Xiaole graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Shaoyang Normal College with excellent grades in June 1993 and was assigned to Yuxi Middle School in Daxiang District. In 2004, due to his outstanding achievements in all aspects, he was transferred to Daxiang No. 1 Middle School, a key middle school in the district. She has been a teacher for 31 years. In 31 years of education and teaching practice, she has always adhered to the concept of "for all students, for all students, all for students". In the past 31 years, she has never physically punished a student, never excluded a bad student, but cared, considerate and loved every student like a loving mother.

For a teacher, teaching and research are inseparable. Teaching and scientific research are also a kind of career for Ms. Zhang, in the pursuit of her career, she not only realizes her self-worth, but also contributes to the society, all of which stems from her infinite love for the teaching profession. In the late 90s of the 20th century, she tried and participated in teaching reform and subject research, and successively engaged in "self-study tutoring teaching" and "optimized thinking teaching" and achieved good results. Since 2002, in the research project of "Cultivating Students from Learning to Innovative Thinking Teaching", she has changed the past practice of overemphasizing the proof and calculation of other people's discoveries and inventions in mathematics teaching, and liberated students from exercises and knowledge details. In teaching, instead of blindly giving conclusions, students are allowed to seek conclusions by trying, experimenting, discussing and other methods, so as to cultivate students' intuitive thinking from the development of students' self-confidence and courage, so that students can learn to learn. After several years of research and practice, the project has achieved phased results, and in 2007, it won the third prize of outstanding research achievements in the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" of Hunan Provincial Education Science.
