The Twelve Angry Men plot

In court, the verdict of an 18-year-old boy accused of killing his father is underway, and the final trial will need to take into account the opinions of the 12-member jury.

Each of these twelve men has their own profession and life, and among them are clever advertisers, outspoken architects, righteous and brave office workers, new aristocrats who discriminate against commoners, watchmakers who seek truth, shrewd and dispassionate bankers, and salesmen who are in a hurry. Everyone has their own way of thinking and speaking, but with the exception of Henry Fonda, the architect, everyone else is dismissive of the case, believing that the boy is the murderer long before it is even discussed.

All the evidence showed that the boy was guilty, and it seemed that there was no need to discuss it. However, the first vote was 11 to 1 to find the boy guilty, and according to the legal process, it must be a unanimous vote, that is, a vote of 12 to 0, for the court to accept it.

The first to stand up for innocence was No. 8, and as a result of No. 8's insistence, and with scientific speculation on the three key pieces of evidence, the atmosphere in favor of innocence began to spread among the other eleven jurors. The vote on whether the boys were guilty or not also began to change dramatically: 11 to 1, 9 to 3, 8 to 4, 6 to 6, 3 to 9, 1 to 11.

In the end, through the conflict of various outlooks on life and the contest of various ways of thinking, all the jurors cast their sacred votes responsibly. Finally, all 12 jurors reached a unanimous verdict: not guilty!
