Article 4 Party B's Obligations and Responsibilities

During the lease period, you should abide by the relevant national laws, regulations and decrees, drive safely, and be responsible for the legal responsibilities caused by violations, violations of discipline and violations. And bear all the responsibilities and economic losses caused to Party A.
2. It is not allowed to use the leased vehicle to engage in commercial activities, and the vehicle shall not be subleased, lent, pawned, or mortgaged; The vehicle must not be handed over to an unlicensed person to drive. 4. 8. Return the car according to the provisions of the contract, and ensure that the vehicle is clean, has good performance, is well-equipped and effective, has no scratches, and the amount of fuel is the same as before rental, otherwise Party A has the right to charge vehicle cleaning fees and other loss fees, fuel fees, and vehicle empty driving fees for returning the car in other places.
