  Article 8 Liability for breach of contract: Breach of contract shall bear liquidated damages: _____ yuan, and shall also bear the corresponding liability for compensation if the other party suffers losses.

  Article 9 Dispute Resolution: Matters not covered in this contract shall be determined by both parties through negotiation, and the content of the agreement shall be annexed to this contract and shall have the same effect as this contract.

  When signing this contract, Party A shall provide the real estate certificate (or valid proof of the right to rent), identity certificate (business license) and other documents, and Party B shall provide the corresponding supporting documents.

  After verification, both parties can make copies of the above documents of the other party for storage, and all copies are only for the use of this rental.

  This contract shall be executed in triplicate, with Party A holding two copies and Party B holding one copy.
