Changfeng New Village Street
In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, and study, publicize and implement the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China", recently, Changfeng Xincun Street organized a public welfare lecture hall to focus on learning and carry out special training for archivists, and nearly 50 people participated in the training.
The training course is divided into three parts, the first part introduces the general idea of the revision of the regulations for the implementation of the archives law, the second part of the course is for experts to interpret the relevant content of the regulations for the implementation of the archives law, and the third part of the course is to explain the content and development direction of the construction of archives informatization, and publicize and implement the newly implemented "Regulations on the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China" through centralized online learning. This course helps archivists to fully and accurately understand the content and spiritual essence of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China, strengthen the awareness of archives, master the knowledge of archives law, and provide guidance for further archival work.
Changfeng Xincun Street will actively create a strong learning atmosphere, promote the study, publicity and implementation of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China", fulfill the duties and obligations entrusted by the "Archives Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China", and continuously improve the legal, standardized and scientific level of archives work.

Miles of streets
Recently, the Wanli Judicial Office held a special lecture on fire safety law for the staff of the neighborhood committee. The purpose of this lecture is to further strengthen the legal knowledge of fire safety of grassroots staff, improve the ability to prevent fire risks, handle fire affairs in accordance with the law, and respond to emergency response skills in case of sudden fires, so as to jointly create a safe and harmonious community environment.
During the lecture, the person in charge of the Street Safety Office explained in detail how to effectively implement the Fire Safety Law in community management, publicity and education, hidden danger investigation, emergency plan formulation and drills. It emphasized the key points of regular fire safety inspections, timely elimination of fire hazards, and organization of residents to carry out fire knowledge training and emergency drills, and provided specific operational guidelines and legal basis on how to properly coordinate and resolve fire disputes, effectively improving the practical operation ability of the staff of the neighborhood committee.

Taopu Town
On April 17, Taopu Judicial Office, Sakurayuan Community Neighborhood Committee and Shanghai Shendao Law Firm jointly held the activity of "Creating a Civilized City and Striving for Legal Learners", bringing a lecture on civil code legal knowledge to residents in the Sakurayuan community.
In response to the issues of testamentary inheritance and estate division that residents are concerned about, the lawyer used examples to explain the law and explain the law with cases, and used simple and easy-to-understand language to popularize the law to the residents and deepen their understanding. In the interactive session, in response to the legal advice raised by the residents, the lawyer gave detailed explanations and replies based on his own judicial practice, which was well received by the residents.

Long March Town
In order to further enhance the awareness of the rule of law among community residents, promote civilization with the rule of law, and help the town to create a civilized urban area in the country, recently, the Long March Judicial Office joined hands with the legal counsel of the residence (village) to carry out a lecture on "Civilization Creation and Rule of Law Assistance" in Nuer, Jiaguang, Dongwang, Jiande and other residential areas.
The lecture covers a number of laws and regulations such as the Civil Code, the Fire Protection Law, and the Road Traffic Safety Law, including common legal issues in daily life, such as civilized pet raising, high-altitude throwing objects, corridor piles, and non-motor vehicle safety. Through the interpretation of laws and the analysis of cases, the legal counsel of the residence (village) advocates that community residents abide by the law and live a civilized life, and contribute to the creation of a civilized urban area.
Through this series of lectures, it not only improved the concept of the rule of law among the residents of Changzheng Town, but also injected new impetus into the harmony and stability of the community and the construction of the rule of law. In the future, Changzheng Town will continue to carry out a series of activities to popularize the law, provide more practical and intimate legal knowledge for the majority of residents, and provide a good legal environment for building a better home.
