This kind of dialogue happens almost every day between an employee and Wu Shichuan. The staff of the management department of the first operation called Wu Shichuan the "big housekeeper", from the production materials to the main control of the living environment, from the collection of various operation data to the clothing, food, housing and transportation of all the operating personnel, no matter how big or small, he meticulously "took care" of the operation of the big family.
As a "big housekeeper", Wu Shichuan takes his work seriously and responsibly. A few months before the overhaul of D123, he began to inventory, estimate, procure, accept, etc. of production materials to ensure that the materials were in place in advance; three days before the overhaul, he put them in an orderly manner according to the work rules, and he was everywhere on the work site.
In order to ensure the absolute reliability of the production materials and ensure the smooth development of the overhaul work, in addition to the inspection done at the time of acceptance, he will open and close each isolation lock placed on the site again one by one to test whether there is a problem.
In the face of trivial and complicated work, Wu Shichuan did a "fresh life". During the overhaul, Wu Shichuan ran more frequently and faster than usual, at least 10,000 steps a day. In the face of hardship, he quipped: "Walking a lot to exercise my body, by the way, help me prolong my life!"
Wu Shichuan has been running a "big housekeeper" for 32 years, and along the way, he said he was very lucky. From the hairy boy to the year of knowing the destiny of heaven, he spent time in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, witnessing and experiencing the 30 years of Daya Bay Power Station.
Liu Gang, who is "as stable as Mount Tai".
In 2003, Liu Gang received the dispatch arrangement and began to carry out the task of running a shift train for the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant. Over the past 21 years, no matter the wind, rain or sunny weather, Liu Gang has steadily picked up and dropped off the operation shift personnel day after day, and accompanied the operation staff all the way and moved forward all the way.
No matter the wind or rain, the cold and the heat, Liu Gang has been sticking to his post for decades, and appeared on time with a smile on the place where the operation personnel go to and from work. Before starting the engine each time, he would "look back and smile" and make sure that the crew was seated before starting smoothly.
During the 30-year overhaul of D123, sometimes employees worked overtime, and sometimes accidentally left magnetic cards or keys in the dormitory, Master Liu Gang always greeted the operators with a smile, or took the operators on a special trip without complaint.
Countless late nights, it was Master Liu Gang who accompanied the operator to complete the last "stop" of the day. One operator said: "When we finished the night shift and dragged our tired bodies out of the UF door, we got in the car and saw Master Liu's kind smile, and our tired body and mind felt instantly re-energized. Liu Gang always drove a steady car with a warm smile, silently providing strong logistical support for the 30-year overhaul work.
The "hot and piping" Zou Liwu
During the overhaul, Zou Liwu "ignited" the hearts of nuclear power workers with a basin of "hot and piping" chili sauce.
Zou Liwu is a skilled chef at SA Restaurant. During the D123 overhaul, he looked at his brothers who worked hard every day for the overhaul, and decided to bring some warmth and strength to the brothers in his own way. According to the usual taste habits of nuclear power people, Zou Liwu carefully made a pot of special chili sauce with aroma and attractive color.
In between busy work, the trainees came to the canteen to taste the chili sauce, and the spicy taste was overflowing, and the stomach and heart were "hot and hot". They said they felt the silent support and encouragement from partners like Zou Liwu.
