Entry Requirements
Participants must have the ability to participate in orienteering activities (including physical, technical and weather adaptation, etc.), and participants are fully responsible for their own safety. Patients with the following diseases are not recommended to participate in the competition:
(1) Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
(2) Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
(3) patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
(4) Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
(5) Those who drink a lot of hard alcohol or lack of sleep;
(6) Diabetic patients and other patients with diseases that are not suitable for exercise;

Each team must be a team of 3 people, regardless of gender, and be at least 18 years old (born before December 31, 2005).

3 people per group, age requirement (adults born before December 31, 2005, children from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2018).

Orientation registration fee: 99 yuan/team

Finishers will receive an additional finisher medal.
Fitness run registration fee: 29 yuan/person
