On the morning of April 19, the first plenary (expanded) meeting of the Baisha Joint Conference on Petition Work in 2024 was held in the conference room on the second floor of the county government, which summarized the petition work in 2023, analyzed the current situation of petitions, and studied and deployed the key work in 2024.

The meeting also conveyed the "Circular of the Office of the Joint Conference on Letters and Visits of Baishali Autonomous County and the Letters and Visits Bureau of Baishali Autonomous County on the Assessment of Letters and Visits in 2023", listened to the report on the "Key Points of Work and Division of Responsibilities of the Joint Conference on Letters and Visits of Baishali Autonomous County in 2024", and presented awards to Yacha Town, Qifang Town, and Xishui Township, which won the "2023 Hainan Provincial Letters and Visits Work Demonstration Towns (Streets)".
