On April 19, Chen Jiahui, deputy secretary of the Longting District Party Committee and head of the district, presided over an executive meeting of the district government to study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important articles and study and deploy the current key work. District leaders Zhang Hai, Zhang Yonggang, Zhao Quanbo, Wang Guochen, Wang Fenglai, Sun Wenchao, Li Ruijian, and Sun Xiaoyong attended the meeting, and the main persons in charge of the township offices and relevant units attended the meeting.
The meeting focused on learning the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important article "Strengthening the Protection and Inheritance of Cultural Heritage and Promoting the Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture", and watched the warning education film of "Safety Production Responsibility on the Shoulder", the meeting emphasized that the first is to further strengthen the protection and utilization of cultural relics and the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in the region, work the activation and utilization of cultural heritage, and combine it with the development of the cultural and tourism industry, and excavate the historical stories and cultural values of cultural heritage at multiple levels, in an all-round and sustainable manner. Second, the supervision departments of all industries in the region should deeply learn the lessons of the accident in the warning education film, draw inferences from one case, resolutely put an end to the formalism in the supervision and law enforcement of production safety, and take targeted measures to solve the outstanding problems of production safety exposed by the inspection in a timely manner, so as to consolidate the foundation of production safety in the whole region.
The meeting studied the implementation of the responsibility system for cultivated land protection and food security by the county-level government in 2023, and required all units to attach great importance to it, further sort out the completion of indicators, further strengthen communication and coordination, and make every effort to implement the annual work.
The meeting listened to the report on the work of the special action of "breaking windows and dismantling nets" in Longting District, and emphasized that all industry departments and township offices should conscientiously implement the regulatory responsibilities and territorial responsibilities of the industry, comprehensively investigate and rectify hidden dangers, ensure that no dead ends are left, do not let go of any hidden dangers, and complete the investigation and demolition tasks of densely populated places in strict accordance with the time node.
The meeting deliberated and approved in principle the "Draft for Solicitation of Opinions on the "Three Changes" Reform Policy in Longting District and the Management Measures for B&Bs in Longting District (Trial), requiring the District Agriculture and Rural Bureau and the District Cultural Tourism Quality Improvement Class to further revise and improve.
The meeting studied the "1+6" Implementation Plan for Preventing and Resolving Local Debt Risks in Longting District, emphasizing that the whole district should adhere to both open source and reduce expenditure, and steadily promote debt resolution.
