It is understood that the Mainland Hope Center Headquarters Industrial Park project is expected to have a total investment of 6.5 billion yuan, which is a complex industrial development project integrating high-end manufacturing enterprise headquarters R&D centers, high-end office buildings, hotels and high-end communities, etc., which will help Dazehu Base to build a first-class highland for returnees in emerging industries.
Among them, the first phase of the project has a total investment of about 2 billion yuan, which will build the Mainland Hope Central China Regional Headquarters, the Overseas Returnee Science and Technology Innovation Center, and the International Super A Office Building, etc., and strive to build an international digital economy headquarters industrial park that gathers high-end talents and high-end wisdom.
Yang Jiahao, the person in charge of the on-site engineering of the Continental Hope Center Headquarters Industrial Park project, said that the exhibition hall and surrounding landscape of the industrial park will be completed in the middle of the year for centralized display. The main building of the industrial park part of the project headquarters will be capped by the end of this year and delivered and put into use by the end of 2025.
At present, the Daze Lake area has settled in 11 headquarters projects, including CCCC Xiangjiang Headquarters, Mainland Hope Central China Headquarters, Yongshan International Operation Center, and Xiangjiang Paint Headquarters, and Changsha Grand Stage, Ice and Snow World, and Accor International Hotel are coming.
Behind the agglomeration of major projects is the vigorous growth of Wangcheng District.
