The "2024 Chery Fengyun New Energy Night and Fengyun T9 Pre-sale" was held at Chery's Qingdao factory, and Chery's new energy expansion road has achieved new results. A total of 4 versions of the T9 series have been released, and the price covers the range of 150,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan. In Chery's planning, the future sequence will fully cover the hybrid, extended range, and pure electric markets, and 11 new models will be launched within two years.
The pre-sale prices of the four models of Fengyun T9 are: 120 long-range version standard 159,900 yuan, 120 long-range version comfort 172,900 yuan, 120 long-range version luxury 185,900 yuan, 120 long-range version 7-seat flagship 199,900 yuan.
The Fengyun T9 was built at Chery's Qingdao plant, which Chery calls a "5G black light factory". At the event, Fengyun T9 joined hands with the Chinese women's volleyball world champion to appear together.
Fengyun T9 adopts a series of design methods with oriental classical aesthetic elements to cater to the preferences of target consumer groups, such as the "Changhongdu" through-type covered bridge taillight shape, and "floating white, still gray, smoke green, twilight blue" and other body colors with oriental charm.
Fengyun T9 has a wheelbase of 2770 mm, and the driving space in the car is appropriate. The second and third rows of seats can be folded down with one button, and there are 12 seat combinations. The driver's seat is equipped with 10-way electric adjustment, 10-point airbag massage and 3-step ventilation/heating function, and the queen's passenger seat is additionally equipped with an electric leg rest that can be folded down with one click.
Fengyun T9 is equipped with CDC "magnetic levitation" suspension system, which can realize stepless adjustment of damping. The new body accounts for up to 85% of the high-strength steel, and adopts passive safety settings such as an integrated door ring structure and a front anti-collision beam with a lateral coverage of up to 85%. The Guardian battery safety system has IP68 waterproof performance, 2 millisecond power-off protection in case of accidents, 800+ signal acquisition points and other safety designs. All models are equipped with 7 airbags as standard.
The Fengyun T9 is equipped with the fifth-generation ACTECO 1.5TGDI high-efficiency hybrid engine, which has a maximum thermal efficiency of 44.5%, and the continuously variable super electric hybrid DHT has a maximum EV efficiency of 98.5%. Fengyun T9 can achieve a pure electric range of 120 km in CLTC mode and 1400+ km in WLTC mode, and the fast charging time of 30%-80% is about 20 minutes.
Chery Automobile's cumulative sales in the first quarter of this year were 350,314 units, up 57.6% year-on-year, and NEV sales increased by 124.3% year-on-year.
