Recently, the 2023 Chengdu key project undertaken by Chengdu Construction Engineering Group No. 8 Company - the "8+1" regional complete transformation project of the workers' village area ushered in the capping of one new part of the new building, and achieved new phased results, laying the foundation for the follow-up secondary structure, decoration, equipment installation and other work.
The new part of the workers' village has a total construction area of more than 34,000 square meters, including more than 26,000 square meters of above-ground construction area and more than 8,400 square meters of underground construction area, involving the comprehensive construction of residents' living facilities such as farmers' markets, community businesses, and garages. As a livelihood project involving the practical interests of more than 3,000 residents, after the completion of the project, it will add a new chapter to the surrounding residents to enjoy a better life suitable for living and working.
According to the person in charge of the project site of the workers' village, the "old 8 buildings" area is initially expected to be capped at the end of May, and then it will fully enter the decoration and decoration construction stage.
Since the start of the project, all the staff of the project department have self-pressurized with high standards and high-quality work requirements, and have made unremitting efforts to build high-quality projects and benchmark projects, overcoming many challenges such as complex construction environment, tight construction period and heavy tasks, and ensuring the quality of life of the surrounding people while ensuring the smooth progress of production and construction.
