Yuan Bing: In the past few years, we have all come to participate in the Consumer Expo, this year is different, we have just established Hainan Global Frog Digital Intelligence Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. in Fuxing City, and the connection with Xiuying District and Hainan Province is closer, and the future enterprise cooperation will be more diversified.
This is the topic I want to talk about today: data elements × commercial and trade circulation, helping regional 321 industry enterprises take off. This is an industrial map, not the concept of the consumer Internet, but the concept of the industrial Internet, so the title is written "Data Elements × Commerce and Trade Circulation".
Two days ago, the ministry just issued the document "Data Element ×" Three-Year Action Plan (2024-2026)", and the country selected 12 application scenarios to generate a large amount of data through various digital solutions. Fuxing City is an international digital port, and these digital values are incomparably valuable in the future.
I'll show you what we're going to do with that number in a moment. When we digitally reconstruct the digital elements and the entire industrial chain of commerce and trade circulation, it will bring new growth momentum. Data elements drive the 321 industry.
Global Frog is mainly engaged in the retail digitalization of the tertiary industry, and has now served more than 300 regions across the country, with a sales scale of 500 million to 10 billion regional retailers. When we digitize the tertiary industry, we go back and look at the first, second and third industries. The first thing I write about is user needs, because dealing directly with users. So, I wrote about the digitalization of users, including the digitalization of goods, as well as the digitalization of channels and stores.
Nowadays, the retail scene is very complex, and the brand promotion of all enterprises is a difficult problem, whether it is a new product of a well-known brand, or a regional non-national well-known brand, there are great pain points in promotion.
Two days ago, I went to Lingshui to see the cherry tomato industry base there, I wanted to help him open up the national channel, and I also looked at the durian industrial park in Hainan. When I have a large amount of tertiary industry data, I can empower the secondary industry and the primary industry, so that they can effectively connect with each other, and at the same time, I am going from the consumer Internet to the industrial Internet, and I want to reconstruct the entire industrial chain. Therefore, in the field of consumer trade and circulation in the whole country, whoever can solve this problem will have greater enterprise value. This is also the solution we will come up with in the future.
As you can see, the systems in red are all systems developed by global frogs. It has taken us 8 years, from the traceability and storage system of the original products of the first industry, to the processing system of the second industry, and then to the global omni-channel ERP purchase, sale and storage system of the third industry. After a series of businesses such as direct sales business, a large amount of data and a large number of orders will be generated, and we will generate a data center and an order center. I serve a company with a very large number of retail employees, and I now serve customers with more than 200,000 employees, and through our digital transformation, it has become a talent distribution platform. We're going to take the system down and take it down.
That's why I said that I am driven by the three industries to drive the reform of the secondary and primary industries, not production, supply and marketing, but sales and production. In the future, this supply chain platform will buy and sell globally.
At this year's Consumer Expo, more than 20 of our students came to Hainan to attract investment. After the end of the Expo, our supply chain platform will move well-known brands from nearly 1,000 regions in twenty or thirty provinces, and then help them upgrade their brands, help them circulate throughout the country and the world, and create a Chinese version, the next step is the English version and Japanese version, to be an international platform.
This system is based on the integration and system architecture of our 321 industry's business. Therefore, Global Frog is an industrial Internet platform, not just a consumer Internet platform.
Our transformation scenario of the three industries is that everyone goes to visit a supermarket or retail enterprise, whether it is to shop in the store, to shop at home, how to do the pre-sale scene including catering and leisure, how to do the community scene, how to do the membership service, how to do the store, how to do the value-added service of members, online recharge, point exchange, electronic membership, etc., this whole set is completed under the role of digitalization.
Starting from Shanxi, Global Frog now has no customers except Tibet and Taiwan, and has more than 300 such customers in nearly 30 provinces across the country. In the entire digitalization process, we have completed scenario reconstruction, coupled with SAAS system tools, to form a closed-loop business chain, including public domain, private domain connection, online and offline connection.
After the digital transformation of tertiary enterprises, we began to gather secondary enterprises, such as the Hainan Island Food and Beverage Company we served, which originally only made raw materials and provided coconut milk to bubble tea shops, not directly to C. After we contacted, we did a full research and analysis of this company, and decided to create a popular product - coconut water, using his raw materials to control the quality of the product, we superimposed packaging design, global marketing, and pushed out the first product sold very well in the supermarket channel, and it is expected to sell 100 million this year. Although this brand is not as well-known as the coconut brand, it is very suitable for building as a public brand in Hainan.
In the second year of this year, a customer can sell tens of millions of dollars a year in a single channel, and in these physical stores tested, sales can sell coconut palm brand coconut water. It's because of the new consumer product features. Coconut Tree brand coconut water is Tetra Pak soft packaging, this is a rubber bottle, it will be higher than Tetra Pak, in fact, the number of milliliters of the two of them is the same, but everyone will think that the content capacity of "Hainan Island" will be larger, and this is placed there very crisp. This is a new consumer product created by us and the well-known Rococo Innovative Design Group Company in China.
Therefore, it won at the terminal and was upgraded after being built with explosive models. We select good factories in various places through the data of the secondary industry, and the factory of this "Hainan Island" brand is in Wenchang. We define it as a high brand and high quality, and have been exported to Canada, Japan and Germany. We helped him here, firstly, to create a popular product of more than 100 million, and secondly, to run it to the first place in the whole category in the model channel, and then sell this product to the circulation channels of the whole country, plus overseas channels. This is the second industry we have built.
Regarding the primary industry, I also went to Lingshui two days ago to solve a problem, how to link modern agriculture with the secondary and tertiary industries. This is a customer we have created, it is an industrial belt for making pears, the annual industrial scale is about three or four hundred million, we connect his industry with the secondary industry, and do deep processing.
At the same time, we will digitally transform this enterprise, and we can see the relationship between the secondary and tertiary industries, and then optimize its industrial belt, varieties, and output. You can also see that this is the solution we provide for the agricultural industry cluster of the first industry, not only with agricultural products to sell, brand upgrading, channel expansion, to the creation of explosive products and marketing strategies, we provide solutions.
This is what I said, it turns out that I am a customer of Hainan Empowerment, but this year, we have settled in the Fuxing City International Digital Port. When the park opened, Mayor Deng awarded us this card, a public service platform for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized commercial enterprises. Next, we will also focus on docking with CLP (Zhengzhou) to create China's data element X the first safe and credible data space for commercial circulation. In this way, we cover 13 business scenarios, including supermarket retail, fast food, farmers' markets, specialty stores, restaurants, etc.
Recently, we also renovated a customer in Haikou, which was originally in the high-tech zone, and we pulled it to Fuxing City. It used to be a laundry with only 4 stores, but after the transformation of the global frog platform, it has now been transformed into a brand enterprise. Now the platform has been launched more than 800 people, and it is expected that more than 1,000 will be launched by the end of April.
My focus is on Hainan to transform the enterprise platform, and the second is to transform two fast-moving consumer goods. We and Fuxing City will build three major space constructions to create a digital exhibition hall and laboratory for the trade and circulation industry. The other is the transformation incubation space, and we also play the role of helping Fuxing City attract investment.
Then there is the industry model, we have made a business model to help 321 industry increase efficiency, help them do supply chain optimization, and help them do marketing product models, including 13 product digital transformation and efficiency models. There is a range of models. The last two are also the core essence of data elements, because we will do data elements, value models.
In the future, data needs to be processed, not directly sold. We will process it into a data element, then trade in the market, and finally turn it into a data product. Therefore, after we build the 321 industrial platform, data will play a huge value.
At present, there are two types of platforms, one is business and the other is service. It took us 8 years to build 18 systems. In the next step, we will cooperate with Fuxing City in some projects, and I also hope that the Xiuying District Government will pay more attention to our company, because we are a platform-based service-oriented enterprise.

Our current people are all recruited here, because the people who come here to participate are FMCG, and we can help it reach 300 supermarket channels and tens of thousands of stores across the country.
How to help create 100 million yuan of explosive products? We are Shanxi enterprises to come to Hainan. "Qiong" travels to Hainan, including the charm of Guangxi and the taste of Yunnan. This is an imported product from Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port, which is Musang King durian. We will also put it in the processing value-added park to do the intensive processing of durian and enjoy tax incentives.
