At the event site, the cultural industry, intangible cultural heritage food and other display areas allowed the majority of tourists to have a close experience of the different charm of cultural and creative IPs such as Chubawang, Hongze Lake, and Santai Mountain under modern technology, and to feel the brilliance of the times after digital embedding after paper-cutting, branding, peach carving and other skills. In particular, the 56 sand sculpture works designed and produced by integrating sound and light technologies have focused on the development achievements of rural revitalization in our city in recent years, and presented a comprehensive artistic feast for the general public and tourists.
Since 2019, Suqian has successfully held 5 Luoma Lake Sand Sculpture Art Exhibitions. From the "Thousand Miles of the Canal" to the "Silk Road Fanghua", from the "Centennial Journey, Ambilight" to the "Animation Carnival" and "Aerospace Carnival", the Luoma Lake Sand Sculpture Art Exhibition has become a benchmark project for cultural tourism in our city.
As the "main venue" of the sand sculpture art exhibition, the Hubin New Area sits on 12.7 square kilometers of Santai Mountain, surrounded by 400 square kilometers of Luoma Lake, with a forest coverage rate of 35%, and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the ancient Yellow River pass through. The unique advantages of natural resources make the lovely lakeside and the image of the city deeply rooted in the hearts of the people at first sight.
In recent years, the Hubin New Area has closely followed the development orientation of a modern and dynamic new city suitable for living and working, with the goal of building a "leisure and vacation center in the Huaihai Economic Zone", and upgrading modern industries such as cultural tourism, big data, and membrane materials, and in May last year, it created the first national tourist resort in the Huaihai Economic Zone, which can provide high-quality cultural and tourism services for more than 20 prefecture-level cities and 172 million people in Sulu, Henan and Anhui.
