In accordance with the spirit of the "Opinions of the Liyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Liyang Municipal People's Government on the Implementation of the Three-Year Action Plan of the "Tianmu Lake Talent List" (2022-2024) (Liwei Fa [2022] No. 3), the relevant matters related to the application of talent funding funds for the 2023 "Tianmu Lake Talent List" are hereby notified as follows:
1. Scope of application objects
All objects that meet the scope of talent funding funds of the "Tianmu Lake Talent List" can be declared, and the operation caliber of the specific funding (reward) is detailed in Annex 1.
The health and education departments shall issue separate notices for declarations.
Second, the application procedures
1. In principle, the application for the 2023 "Tianmu Lake Talent List" should be applied online. You can log in to the website on the computer side: http://www.cxzly.com/tmyc/index.html to declare, and on the mobile terminal, you can log in to the "My Liyang" APP to declare.
2. Application Form for Individuals (Units) of Liyang "Tianmu Lake Talent List" Special Fund (can be downloaded from the WeChat public account of "Liyang People's Society" and the "My Liyang" APP);
3. The Talent Development Section of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for the summary and preliminary review of the application materials (contact number: 0519-87269810).
3. Specific requirements
All towns (streets) and competent departments should take the declaration work as an opportunity to publicize and implement the talent policy, better play the guiding and encouraging role of the talent policy, and at the same time strictly control the examination and put an end to fraud and improper enjoyment.
