According to the main risks faced by the park, the training set up three research topics: the disposal of hazardous chemical transport vehicle accidents, the disposal of chemical plant accidents, and the disposal of chemical pipe corridor accidents, and simulated typical disasters in accordance with the four steps of theoretical learning, program discussion, real fire drill, and summary evaluation, which has strong pertinence and effectiveness.

The training invited the China Fire and Rescue Academy and the front-line commanders with rich combat experience in Jiangsu to interact with each other on the spot, and threw out the accident scene on the basis of theoretical learning on each teaching day, and adopted the red side and blue side confrontation competition mode to discuss the disaster tactics, so as to promote the students to exchange ideas, tactics and tactics, and then carry out real soldiers and real fire drills while the iron is hot. After the drill, all elements will be reviewed and summarized, and the causes of the problems will be analyzed through self-evaluation and expert comments, so that the trainees can have experience, gain and improve. Through the through-type training and drill method, the "practical training" is further transformed into "results".
This real smoke and real fire combat training has further forged the on-site command and cooperative combat ability of the emergency rescue team, consolidated and improved the daily physical fitness, skill training and theoretical knowledge of fire fighting and rescue, further standardized the correct disposal methods and key points of risk avoidance in complex and harsh environments such as high temperature and thick smoke, laid a solid foundation for future business training and fire fighting and rescue, and provided a strong emergency guarantee for the high-quality development of the park.
