Notice of temporary traffic control measures
With the approval of the Zhoushan Municipal People's Government, the 2024 4th Zhoushan Bicycle Riding Conference is scheduled to be held on April 21, 2024 (Sunday). At that time, more than 5,700 runners will participate in the full and half bicycle riding activities around Zhoushan. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the riding activities, in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ has decided to take temporary traffic control measures on some sections of the riding route. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Bicycle riding route around Zhoushan
(1) Full group. Zhoushan Stadium (starting point) - Tiyu Road - Binhai Avenue - Duntou Road - Shenlu Highway (Tianwu Tunnel) - Haitian Avenue - Zhujiajian Bridge - Yinyan Road - Xianglian Road - Wutang Line - Xueyuan Road - Lianhua Road - G329 National Highway - Nansha Road - Longyan Line - Daqingshan Scenic Road - Miaoshao Line - Qingshan Road - Yinyan Road - Guanyin Bridge - Haiyin Road - Changzheng Street - Haizhou Road - Haizhou North Road - Guanchao Road - Luotang Line (the most beautiful highway) - Xiaohui Road - Zhanluo Line - Zhanxing Road - Linluo Line - 308 Provincial Highway (formerly Yadong Line) - Haitian Avenue - Yanhe North Road - Maocha Line - Dingma Line - Wenhua Road - Haiyuan North Road - Nongwan Line (Donggaoling Tunnel) - 329 National Highway - Linchang Road - Binhai Avenue - Binhai Avenue Binhai Coastal Embankment (Bay Park Parking Lot Entry) - Zhoushan Civic Square (Destination) 。

The Organizing Committee of the Zhoushan Bicycle Riding Conference will temporarily adjust some riding sections according to the weather conditions on the event day, and the specific routes are subject to the notice of the Organizing Committee.
2. Temporary control measures for road traffic
(1) Control measures for the start and finish of Zhoushan Stadium. From 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on April 21, Tiyu Road (the section from Haitian Avenue to Binhai Avenue) will be closed to motor vehicles.
(2) Control measures for the starting section of Binhai Avenue. From 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on April 21, motor vehicles will be prohibited from west to east on Binhai Avenue (Qiandao Road to Xinyuan Road) and from east to west on Binhai Avenue (Marine Supplies Market Road to Qiandao Road).
(3) Zhujiajian Xueyuan Road control measures. From 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on April 21, motor vehicles were prohibited from entering Zhujiajian Xueyuan Road (the uphill section of IFT to Blue Castle).
(4) Luotang Line (the most beautiful highway) control measures. From 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on April 21, motor vehicles were prohibited from entering the Luotang Line (the most beautiful highway) from the intersection of Dongtang Line and Guanchao Road to Zhanmao Xiaohui Village (uphill).
(5) Other temporary control measures. According to the actual situation of on-site road traffic management, the traffic management department of the public security organ will temporarily take traffic management measures such as prohibition, restriction and lifting.
Vehicles holding the "2024 4th Zhoushan Bicycle Riding Conference Vehicle Pass" are allowed to pass on the above temporary traffic control sections.
Please arrange the travel time and travel route in advance, consciously abide by the provisions of this notice, and obey the command of the on-site traffic police and staff.
