Recently, Xixiu District and Tunxi District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province held a special job fair for labor cooperation in Yangwu Township. At the job fair, the atmosphere was warm and orderly. Some key enterprises in Tunxi District have set up recruitment booths to display their recruitment information and job requirements. Job seekers shuttled between the booths and actively communicated with company representatives to learn more about job information, salary and development prospects. There are a total of 5 enterprises entering the site, providing more than 100 jobs, involving operators, mechanical engineers, homestay housekeepers and other types of work, more than 300 people have entered the site for consultation and job hunting, more than 1,500 copies of publicity leaflets have been distributed, and more than 30 people have initially reached employment intentions.
After the job fair, Xixiu District and Tunxi District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province also held a labor cooperation symposium on the issue of labor cooperation between the two sides. At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xixiu District welcomed the arrival of the delegation from Tunxi District and introduced the situation and human resources of Xixiu District. The relevant person in charge of the Tunxi District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced the economic and social development, industry distribution characteristics, labor demand and labor cooperation of Tunxi District. Subsequently, the two sides exchanged views on labor cooperation and human resources cooperation, shared their respective practices and experiences, and conducted in-depth discussions on labor employment, enterprise employment needs, labor cooperation policies, and labor service development directions. On the same day, the two sides signed a labor cooperation cooperation agreement between Xixiu District and Tunxi District.
The purpose of this labor cooperation is to build a stable "bridge" for the export of labor services between the two places, and it is a concrete measure for the cohesion of the two places to further deepen labor cooperation. In the future, the human resources and social security departments of the two places will further tap the potential of cooperation, increase communication and exchanges in accordance with the principle of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit, long-term cooperation and common development", and jointly build an employment mutual aid platform for human resources exchange and cooperation, labor transfer and export, and vocational skills training between the two places, so as to provide high-quality and all-round services for the recruitment and optimal allocation of labor resources for enterprises in the two places, and strive to create a new situation of labor service cooperation.
