On April 12, 2024, in order to further understand the training effect of the training students sent to the countryside under the national training plan, promote the further transformation of the training results into teaching practice, and ensure that the training results take root. The participants in this activity include all mathematics teachers in Pingmo Town, and the guidance experts of the project management team include Zhu Cuimei, Song Weiqin, and Si Caihong. A total of 4 teachers participated in the teaching, namely Han Huili and Feng Jiangnan from Pingmo Town Experimental Primary School, Yu Huili from Niuling Primary School in Pingmo Town, and Han Wenhua from Pingmo Town Central Primary School.

After the class, the expert teachers were divided into two groups to give detailed comments and professional guidance to the four classes, affirming the personal quality and professionalism of the four teachers. In the group exchange, everyone spoke freely, expressed their opinions, and the benevolent and wise saw the wisdom, reviewed the gains and losses of the class, found problems, discussed problems, solved problems with collective wisdom, and put forward reasonable and pertinent suggestions for improvement.
