The judge who tried the case, Charlene Honeywell, said that Samantha "failed to find any statements that could support the defamation or implicit defamation claim," meaning she had a subjective bias against the individual, and the judge ruled in Meghan's favor, dismissing the case and ordering that no further appeal claims could be filed on the matter.
