Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and building a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee with a view to maintaining the great unity of the Chinese nation and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and is an important part of Xi Jinping Cultural Thought and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on strengthening and improving ethnic work. It is necessary to focus on building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation, constantly build a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation, and lay a solid spiritual and cultural foundation for forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
Correctly grasp the relationship between material and spiritual. Correctly grasping the relationship between material and spiritual in theory and promoting the mutual coordination and mutual promotion of material civilization and spiritual civilization from a dialectical viewpoint in practice is the position that our party has always adhered to, and it is also a pair of important relationships that need to be grasped well to do a good job in the party's national work in the new era. Chinese modernization is the modernization of material civilization and spiritual civilization in harmony. Material and spiritual prosperity are the fundamental requirements of socialist modernization, and material problems are "in charge of the stomach" and spiritual problems are "in charge of the brain." The core values of socialism are deeply rooted in the fertile soil of China's excellent traditional culture, embody the common divisor of values in contemporary China, embody the common value pursuit of the Chinese nation, and are the spiritual bond of unity and progress of the people of all ethnic groups. It is necessary to strengthen education on the core socialist values, strengthen education in the party's theory, line, principles, and policies among the people of all ethnic groups, strengthen propaganda and education in the history of the party, the history of new China, the history of reform and opening up, the history of socialist development, and the history of the development of the Chinese nation, guide the people of all ethnic groups to firmly establish a correct view of the country, history, nationality, culture, and religion, firmly establish the community concept of sharing weal and woe, weal and woe, life and death, and destiny, and consolidate the common ideological foundation for the unity and struggle of the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups in the country.

The Communist Party of China (CPC) has firmly chosen Marxism, inherited and developed the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and persisted in integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China's specific conditions and with the excellent traditional Chinese culture, thus further consolidating the cultural subjectivity and vigorously promoting the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It can be said that Chinese culture has endowed the Chinese national community with profound cultural genes and heritage, and the Chinese national community has provided a strong cultural main force for the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
