Gaotan Town, Ziyang County, Ankang City, seized the season, and under the guidance of the town and village planning and technical departments, the flue-cured tobacco fields were deeply turned, ridged, fertilized, and mulched. At present, 5,000 acres of tobacco fields have completed the preparation work with high standards and are about to enter the field for transplanting.
On April 18, the reporter learned during an interview in Ziyang County that Gaotan Town has unique land conditions and technical foundation, and thousands of acres of tobacco fields are undulating along the mountains, which is very spectacular and shocking. In recent years, in accordance with the principle of "party building leading, government leading, village community main body, and industry promotion", the town has guided the establishment and improvement of five operating mechanisms: "effective participation of the collective economy of flue-cured tobacco industry villages, integrated development of tobacco, grain, oil and vegetable industries, village-level labor dispatch, centralized land circulation and trusteeship mechanism, and village collective fixed assets accounting and management mechanism", and gradually promoted the high-quality development of tobacco production.
It is understood that this year, the industry will be among the 10 flue-cured tobacco production "10,000 dan towns" in Ankang City's "14th Five-Year Plan". It is planned to build a national tobacco area industrial complex of "strong tobacco leaves, beautiful tobacco area, and rich tobacco farmers". It has effectively achieved the goal of industrial prosperity of increasing tobacco production and efficiency, increasing the income of tobacco farmers, steadily growing the collective economy and sharing the development dividends of the masses in tobacco areas.
This year, the town added 1,200 acres of flue-cured tobacco planting area, consolidated 2 "1,000 mu" demonstration villages, and built 1 "1,000 mu" demonstration village. 22 concentrated contiguous industrial parks of more than 100 acres have been built. The production capacity is more than 10,000 quintals, and the average household income is maintained at more than 220,000 yuan, driving more than 300 people to work nearby. At present, the programmatic planting of 5,000 acres of tobacco fields has been fully completed, and it is about to enter the field for transplanting.
