As a "wind vane" event in the environmental protection industry, the 22nd China International Environmental Protection Exhibition (CIEPEC 2024) has successfully concluded on April 12. With the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Beijing Municipal People's Government, the organizer China Environmental Protection Industry Association continued to give full play to its resource advantages and invited 1,000+ enterprises from more than 10 countries or regions to attend, highlighting the "green" background of new productivity in an all-round way with a 60,000-square-meter exhibition hall.

"Based on technological innovation and product innovation, we will support the growth of the company's business. Summing up the development experience of Hua Shijie from 2004 to the present, Mr. Ma mentioned the most key word is "innovation", he said that it is this kind of courage to be the first and pragmatic spirit, so that Hua Shijie can gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition, and turn pressure into power, gradually bigger and stronger, and form an efficient, diversified and rich independent waste gas treatment program system. Up to now, Huashijie has won a number of national and provincial honorary titles, including the National Enterprise Technology Center, the third batch of "specialized, special and new" little giants, etc., and the molecular sieve adsorption runner has also been rated as "excellent innovative technology" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and its strength has been officially recognized.

At present, with the deepening of industrial waste gas treatment, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are closely related to PM2.5, ozone and other pollution, and are more and more valued by governments and enterprises, and their recycling value is also considered to be a good way to balance environmental protection and economic benefits. According to agency survey data, the global VOCs treatment and recycling market will exceed $700 million in 2023, and it will still maintain a rapid growth trend. Looking at China, the "Air Quality Continuous Improvement Action Plan" of the "Ten Atmospheric Measures 3.0" has clarified a total of 36 measures, of which 12 mention VOCs control, which can also be seen its importance.

Seizing market opportunities, Huashijie relies on a professional R&D team to continuously accelerate the R&D process, and has successively overcome technical problems such as molecular sieve adsorption concentration rotor (zeolite runner), regenerative oxidation (RTO), activated carbon fiber adsorption recovery, etc., breaking the long-standing blockade and monopoly of foreign brands in the efficient treatment of VOCs. At the CIEPEC 2024 "Enterprise New Technology Conference" at the same time, Mr. Lu Qing, Director of the Marketing Department of Huashijie, solemnly introduced the solvent recovery technology. With the obvious advantages of high localization of materials, stable operation effect and high overall cost performance of the device, the technology has won unanimous praise from the representatives and experts of the participating enterprises.

W-ACF Specialty Fibers

This equipment has been widely used in pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, extraction, oxidation, biological fermentation, hydrogen peroxide and other industries, with excellent actual operation performance and stable compliance when treating high-concentration waste gas.

As a key part of it, Huashijie special fiber is prepared by a special process, which not only increases the adsorption capacity by 2 times, but also reduces the desorption energy consumption by more than 50%. Coupled with the collaborative upgrading of the process, the overall consumption of the system can be reduced by more than 20%, and the purification efficiency exceeds 99.95%. After comparison, in the treatment process of 10000Nm³/h and 100g/Nm³ dichloromethane, the use of Huashijie fiber can save 6 million yuan in annual (7200h) operating energy consumption compared with the use of domestic commercial fiber, and the results of cost reduction and efficiency increase are significant.

It is worth mentioning that the overall design of the device is highly integrated, which can realize standardized and modular assembly, and can be put into use after "turnkey", which greatly shortens the construction period and allows users to save time, trouble and worry.

Regenerative Oxidation Equipment (RTO/RCO)

After 16 years of continuous development, improvement and optimization, Huashijie's RTO business has expanded to industrial coating, coating and ink, packaging and printing, coating and composite, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, tire manufacturing, textile and chemical fiber, electronics industry and many other fields, realizing the independence of core materials, modularization of structural design, and serialization of product models. Practice has verified that the purification efficiency of the relevant devices is as high as 99%, the heat recovery efficiency is as high as 95%, and the waste heat is fully utilized, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.

Huashijie has mastered a variety of RTO technologies, which can be selected by users in various industries, and has the advantages of "more, faster, better and cheaper". Among them, the three-bed RTO has high purification efficiency and wide application range, the rotary RTO has low operation fluctuation and small footprint, and the skid-mounted RTO all-in-one machine adopts modular design, which can be hoisted as a whole and the construction period is shorter. At present, SAIC Volkswagen, Geely, BYD, XCMG, Nippon, 3Trees, Bridgestone, PetroChina, COFCO, Michelin, Yamaha, Huaxing Optoelectronics, Weichai, Wanhua, etc. are all customers of Huashijie RTO project, covering many industries.

Napotec® molecular sieve adsorption concentration rotor

With honorary titles such as "National Enterprise Technology Center", "14th Five-Year National Key R&D Project Plan", and "National Specialized and New Little Giant", independent research and development is also an important brand feature of Huashijie. Reflected in the Napotec® molecular sieve adsorption concentration runner, from the establishment of the R&D project in 2010 to the establishment of the Naboco brand, and then to the sales of more than 2,000 sets of molecular sieve runners in 2022, the brand appeal of Huashijie has been continuously improved.

The purpose of using molecular sieve runner is to concentrate, to concentrate the VOCs exhaust gas with large air volume and low concentration into small air volume and high concentration, Napotec® molecular sieve runner, a single runner can achieve the highest efficiency of 99%, and can provide up to 30 times the concentration factor according to customer conditions.
