In-depth implementation of the three-year action plan of "community micro-industry" in Shandong Province, the establishment of "one core, two axes and six drives" work objectives, optimize the 1314 companion employment work mechanism, give full play to the role of "doorstep employment", around the construction of a 15-minute employment service circle, with 22 service stations for enjoying home and happy industry as the carrier, comprehensively increase the precise publicity of the policy for people with employment difficulties and the employment assistance of various groups, and accurately find out the employment difficulties, unemployed people in the jurisdiction to send jobs, policies, and services. In the first quarter, 8,646,000 yuan of employment social insurance subsidies were absorbed, benefiting 1,174 employers and stabilizing 1,731 jobs; at the same time, college graduates were supported to engage in new forms of employment, flexible employment was encouraged, and 9,185,700 yuan of flexible employment subsidies were issued to 18,600 flexible employees. The "New Year Service Gift Package" was issued to provide entrepreneurs with comprehensive incubation services such as venue support, mentor guidance, policy promotion, project promotion, achievement transformation, and financing docking, and more than 50 service activities such as entrepreneurship training and policy publicity were carried out in the first quarter.
In order to stabilize employment, Shibei District has built a multi-faceted platform. Relying on the main position of the state-level Qingdao Human Resources Service Industrial Park, we will give full play to the advantages of the "dual national brand" park and build a full-chain human resources service system of "project + employment". A total of 23 career guidance studios have been established in the district, and 15 career guidance experts have been recruited to provide vocational diagnosis, policy consultation, career assessment, entrepreneurship guidance and other services for workers in the district. Focusing on the strategy of strengthening the country with skills and giving priority to employment, we have comprehensively launched "micro-skills" training night schools at the doorstep, and set up a number of high-quality courses such as skin beauty makeup, live e-commerce, video editing, tea art tasting, health massage, fancy coffee, artistic flower arrangement, and sorting and storage, attracting more than 2,200 students to participate and promoting a good connection between skills training and employment and entrepreneurship.
In the first quarter, Shibei District held more than 70 online and offline job fairs through a series of recruitment activities such as the "Spring Breeze Action", and organized nearly 300 companies to post more than 10,000 recruitment positions. Focusing on the employment of college graduates, we innovatively launched the six major actions of the "Campus North Tour Season", carried out a series of spring campus recruitment activities of "Beishang Talent Gathering in the North", and carried out 9 job fairs in Qingdao to recruit talents and introduce talents to colleges and universities and the special job fair for the medical care and health industry in Shibei District, organized more than 160 enterprises in the jurisdiction to participate in and provided more than 2,000 jobs, received more than 5,000 resumes, and more than 1,000 people reached preliminary employment intentions, creating a rich job resource pool for graduate employment through multiple channels. Focusing on the 2+6 industry, a live broadcast of famous enterprises was held, and 4,098 resumes were received, and the number of resumes delivered reached a record high. Carry out labor cooperation between the east and the west, organize 14 enterprises and human resources agencies to go to Lintao, Dingxi, Gansu Province, provide more than 1,300 jobs, attract more than 1,800 people to participate, and reach a preliminary agreement of intent on nearly 200 people.
