(2) Hand surgery: There are many emergencies, and hand surgery requires extremely delicate operations, and the operation is difficult. (3) Spine surgery: the patient is stable and the operation is complex. (4) Joint surgery: the operation time is short, and the disease number is relatively stable.
neurosurgery
The growth cycle of the gods is very long, and it requires long-term learning from the teacher. Extraneurosurgery usually takes a long time, which tests the patience, carefulness and physical strength of the doctor.

In addition to daily anesthesia, the anesthesiologists in major hospitals need to assess the patient's tolerance to anesthesia the day before the operation, and they need to rush to the scene immediately when rescuing the patient. If the day shift of the anesthesiology department encounters too many surgeries and cannot be completed, then it is necessary to accompany the surgical department to work overtime to complete the surgical anesthesia task of the day shift. And in the night shift, the so-called iron anesthesia, flowing water surgery.
However, there are fewer doctor-patient disputes in anesthesiology and there is no need for direct contact with patients. But a good operation needs a good anesthesiologist to cooperate~

Pediatrics is relatively busy, the workload is relatively large, the main busyness comes from the difficulty in diagnosing pediatric diseases, less examinations, and careful use of drugs, but low work pressure. Interventional surgeries in cardiology, gastroenterology, respiratory medicine and other departments are becoming more and more endoscopic.
