When the construction is carried out on the site, especially during the installation of the steel structure, due to the high altitude work, the danger is greater, I manage the workers according to the system and procedures, and strictly inspect the personnel entering and leaving every day to avoid the theft of the company's property caused by the entry of suspicious personnel; For those who do not have safety measures in place, such as: 'Entering the construction area without wearing a helmet; Failure to wear seat belts when working at height; There are no fire extinguishing facilities when the fire is used, etc., I will rectify and punish in accordance with the company's systems and procedures, and put various safety measures in place to ensure zero accidents during construction.

I am completely obedient to the leader's arrangement and implement it to the letter; Work with the mentality of persevering until the 'last minute', and continue to do a good job every day; I also take the initiative to undertake the work that I don't know, and strive to be able to share more work for leaders and colleagues, quickly improve myself, and be competent for my own position. During this period of work, I am also clearly aware of my own shortcomings, mainly at this moment:

As of March 31, 3 general contracts have been signed for XX project, and a total of 40 subcontracts have been signed, including 9 labor subcontracts, 20 material procurement contracts and 21 lease contracts, all of which are valid signatures and seals.
7. Labor management status
At the beginning, with the rise of goods, there was a shortage of labor all over the country, and Tianjin was no exception, and the project department took timely measures to contact and communicate with the labor subcontracting team in a timely manner, and did a good job in organizing and deploying according to the contract to ensure the demand for engineering labor. On this basis, we will continue to improve the company's labor management system in the quarter.
8. Polite construction and skill emission reduction management
In the first quarter, the XX project continued to strengthen the management of on-site polite construction and skill emission reduction, and the safety officer specialized in the construction of the courtesy site, continued to clean the construction site, made the road clean and smooth, and all kinds of equipment and materials were marked and stacked in an orderly manner, especially the earthwork of the construction site was leveled and squared, and the materials were stacked, and the construction site gave people a pleasing feeling. At the same time, it actively contacts the owners and local environmental and water protection authorities, and actively invites them to enter the site for inspection, solicit opinions, and gradually improve environmental and water protection plans and measures. Tianjin project due to the owner has not been demolished, the project is in a semi-suspended state, the construction environment is complex, to our bidding into the site unexpected, from the contract period, the time has been significantly exceeded, the project and the subcontracting team appeared in the situation of nesting, while the price of labor, materials, machinery continues to rise, the future economic prospects of the project are not optimistic.
