According to a report by CCTV on April 19, after a lapse of 2 months and 19 days, the Civil Aviation Administration of the Mainland officially announced that the M503 route W122 and W123 connecting routes will be operated from west to east.
Upon hearing this news, the DPP authorities can be described as angry, and both Lai Qingde and Tsai Ing-wen were confused. According to the analysis of a number of media, in the next few days, the green camp will definitely make a big fuss about it, keep silent about its positive significance, and continue to negatively interpret and engage in conspiracy theories.
This was followed by the Civil Aviation Department, the Ministry of National Defense, the Mainland Affairs Council, and other departments on the island, under pressure from all kinds, and then jointly protested and vigorously resisted the mainland's actions, and when necessary, they would certainly ask the United States to come out of "help."
In the eyes of the DPP authorities, the change of route was an "inaugural gift" from the mainland to Lai Qingde. So, why did the DPP react so much, even though it was just a change of course? In fact, this is the DPP authorities' lack of intentions.
The M503 route and the W122 and W123 connecting routes are very close to the so-called "middle line of the strait" that the Taiwan authorities have always claimed, so Lai Ching-de, Tsai Ing-wen and others are afraid that our military will use this route to carry out "decapitation operations" and cause Taiwan's so-called "air defense threat."
As Tsai Ing-wen's "royal military expert," Su Ziyun also vainly claimed that the mainland's move was to unilaterally change the status quo in the Taiwan Strait, and that the "private" launch of the route without communication would undoubtedly bring danger to Kinmen and Matsu.
However, such a statement is obviously ridiculous, as the W122 route is entirely located within the Shanghai Flight Information Region, while the M503 route was originally designed to alleviate route congestion within the Shanghai Flight Information Region (FIR) and was approved by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as an official route in 2015.
Previously, it was only out of goodwill to the Taiwan authorities, so this route was biased to the mainland side, and now it is reasonable to resume the route, and if the DPP still wants to block this, it will obviously be a little favored.
As a matter of fact, at the end of January this year, the mainland had already predicted that the W122 and W123 would resume operation from west to east.
The mainland did not respond to such a statement, because it was a notice to say that it sounded good, and it was just a notice if it was not politely said, so after more than two months, the Civil Aviation Administration announced an official notice.
As a matter of fact, Zhu Fenglian, spokeswoman for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, has already answered the "worries" of the DPP authorities.
Zhu Fenglian made it clear that the resumption of air routes is completely just a routine task of civil aviation domain management, and its purpose is only to improve the operation of cross-strait flights, and there is no other so-called political purpose at all.
Just as Taiwan's military scholar Jie Zhong said, although the restoration of the waterway has indeed shortened Taiwan's early warning time from a military point of view, in fact, it is simply the DPP authorities' unfounded worries, because judging from the military strength of the PLA today, it is not at all short that time for attacking.
With the acceleration of the pace of reunification, the "United Alliance Party" on the island has also ushered in spring, and everyone is greatly encouraged. At the second meeting of the third party member meeting held on 18 April, Qi Jialin, chairman of the alliance party, stressed that the "United Alliance Party" has always stood on the side of justice, and cross-strait reunification is absolutely the trend of the times.
He also openly shouted to Lai Qingde and advised Lai Qingde to quickly abandon his position of regarding the two sides of the strait as hostile relations.
Wu Rongyuan, chairman of Taiwan's Workers' Party, also said that judging from the current cross-strait relations, only peaceful reunification is in the best interest of the compatriots on both sides of the strait.
As a matter of fact, in recent years, many people of the unification faction, including the "United Alliance Party," have not had a good time under the pressure of the DPP authorities, and some have even been detained and sentenced.
However, for the sake of the great cause of the reunification of the motherland, these people did not retreat, but stood up at a critical moment, took great risks to speak out publicly, and played a tremendous role in the process of reunification.
In short, the DPP authorities should have a clear understanding of the situation at an early date, and only the peaceful reunification of the two sides of the strait can best serve the interests of the broad masses of the Taiwan people, and we must not let the innocent people pay for the ignorant "Taiwan independence" elements!
